The roof top pool. The red wine was lovely and very reasonable. Plenty of places to sit and relax in comfortable seats.

Hardly any background music, this meant you could hear the road noise. The beer glasses had no widgets at all so every drink was totally flat.

Got a nice upgrade after 2nd time at the hotel. Crew are great and location is very good.

Unfortunately the room wasn’t clean and didn’t got cleaning service the 2nd day

The only thing I found a little bit annoying was the towel service. Having to pay a cash deposit as the hotel stated it was card only so I didn’t have any cash. Having to go to a cash point to draw out money then queue again at reception to get tickets for the towels then go and collect them from the pool area. I totally understand that a deposit is needed but there could probably be a better system. But other than that the whole stay was excellent!!!

Great location! Very clean, great staff and clean. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good and vast verity.The pools are nice and the bars are good- all in all we had a great time :)

Should bring someone to collect the cups and bottles form the pool on the 6th floor. A lot of times was not clean. The show of Bruno mars needs to be better. The guy has a great voice but he didn’t know any of the lyrics, which made it funny instead of entertaining…The water at the buffet coast 1.9€ but taste really bad.

The beds were so comfy, supportive, wide and long (great for me being 6ft 2in). Variety of comfortable pillows too. Bonus having the safe key for free. We loved the pool view from our fifth floor room which got full sun from the afternoon until sunset, with gorgeous view of the mountains beyond. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with lots of fresh options which varied each day. We loved the rooftop solarium with bar, plunge pool and lovely views.The location is so good, the airport bus stop just across the roundabout, Port Aventura 20 mins walk and 5 mins to all the main bars and restaurants. We also found the old town easy to stroll to. The bathroom was gorgeous and the shower good.Loved the waterproof wristband keys, saved having to remember to take a key card with us. We were there during the nationwide Iberian peninsula power cut and the hotel responded excellently keeping the corridor lights on and serving at the bar. Then at dinner we were impressed by the ready made cold dinners and salad served during the crisis. Well done!

It was a bit warm at night and the air conditioning wasn't very cool so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. This caused us sometimes to be awoken by noisy cars and motorbikes using the dual carriageway next to the hotel as a racetrack in the middle of the night. The two lifts were on the small size for such a large hotel so we sometimes reluctantly took the stairs due to how busy they were.

It was very clean and good location

When the power went we tried to get food but told us we wernt aloud that it was only people that had half board could get food and the bar wasn’t serving any food , I thought they could of mad a exception for there guests staying in this situation

Beautiful hotel, staff are great, and the food is excellent. There are still idiots placing towels on sunbeds first thing in the morning, but the roof top pool seemed to be better.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Close to the shops, restaurants, bus stop, promenade and beach. Room was very comfortable with a balcony. Pool and entertainment staff were very good. Breakfast was excellent. Great selection every day.

Food was good, beds comfy. Coffee was nice from the bar.

We would expect a kettle in the room, especially a deluxe room!!! No English TV. Staff were not as helpful than when we stayed in October 2023 unfortunately.

The pool areas were fantastic . a good selection of reasonably priced drinks at the bar . the sauna and relaxation centre were brilliant as well as the rooftop pool and terrace .

the only downside to the hotel and it is minor was the food selection on dinner and tea . went full board but wasn't to our liking . was mainly fish dishes and not alot of options .

Lovely pool area , wasn’t too hard to get a sunbed We really enjoyed the entertainment during the day at the pool , it was a fun but also relaxing atmosphere

The rooms could have been a little bit cleaner on arrival , lots of dust on the surface areas above the bed and lamps You are told the air conditioning won’t work if the balcony door is open however they never said if you close it while outside you can’t open it so we nearly got stuck outside on the balcony , so this might be good information to give at check inBut otherwise it was amazing !!

Everything you needed was there. The rooms were lovely and beds very comfortable, both pools & surrounding areas were extremely clean. Lovely entertainment team. Everything was reasonably priced and the location was amazing.

Great location, relaxing feel to the hotel. The reception area and seating downstairs are gorgeous.

The food was just okay, was hoping for more wow.
