They didn’t return the money for last three days which we didn’t stay there.

Selection of food at meal times was excellent

None of the staff, from reception to bar to restaurant seemed to know what they were doing or what they should be doing!

Location is good, staff were pleasant, room a good size with a pool view & a bath, breakfast and dinner had a good choice, bed comfy, indoor pool good, outdoor pool freezing, entertainment was ok

Noisy rooms on a few nights with people arguing. Moved room and all was fine. Cocktails were rubbish, draught not the nicest, shorts were the best.

Great location. 10min walking to Portaventura. 10min walking to the beach. Lovely outdoor pool. Comfy beds. Good size room and bathroom.

Staff were outstanding and very welcoming and helpful. The food was fabulous with lots of choice. Location to restaurants and public transport was ideal. Portaventura was walking distance. In summary we had a fantastic holiday. Our children are 17 and 15. They also highly rated this hotel

Two suggestions I'd make. The rooms were in need of painting. Alot of marks on the walls both in the rooms and the hallways. I would also like a kettle in the room

Everything was perfect for a few days away as solo travler visiting Portaventura World. Stones throw from the park. Asked for a park view and was provided the perfect view. I stayed here due to staying here as a kid and this being my first trip back in 18 years. I can't fault anything.

Breakfast and evening dinner both the same menu. Evening no tea or coffee unless you buy.

Very comfortable beds, loads of toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste. Staff were lovely

Hairdryer not great, maybe for an older crowd, music blaring at the pool all day long couldn’t relax

Unfortunately despite the hotel being lovely & facilities excellent a travel card got taken from our room, I reported it to the reception but they went through the motions asking housekeeping etc but inevitably did nothing ! Disappointing end to what was a lovely few days before our main holiday.

The location was great. Comfortable clean rooms.

The breakfast was great but felt there could have been more selection for dinner.

The location was ideal for us as we were visiting Port Aventura each day. The staff were very helpful. The evening meals were amazing.

The only negative was that the food at breakfast time wasn't great. There was plenty of choice, but the scrambled eggs were very sloppy and the sausages weren't tasty.

Location being just a short 15 min walk from portaventura and 10 mins from sea front. Lobby, bar area was spacious and inviting. Room was modern and clean.

I found the customer service to be hit and miss. The pool area not very inviting and balcony overlooked by hotel opposite, not very private.
