The bar menu is very bad that was the main downfall as not many eating areas on the street if your hungry. Also I wanted to take a croissant to room for my daughter and the lady was v rude in the restaurant and would not allow it

Lovely clean hotel, very close to a main shopping area and a 10 min walk to the promenade in Salou.

We did all inclusive and didn't enjoy the food very much.

Perfect location for visiting friends and easy access to shops, restaurants, beach. The pool was great!

Underwhelmed a bit by the room in which 3 of us stayed. Hard beds, but otherwise comfortable.

The pillows are awfu so thin these may as not be there. bed is hard. Behaviour of a staff member (lifeguard)at the pool, no man should ever push a female guest no matter what happens

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned daily. The man in the reception and the other man outside the spa, communicated very well and had exceptional customer service.The room was comfy and clean. I didn't see a single bug.

I booked this hotel for the jacuzzi but it wasn't working the first day. When it did work, it was nice. The water wasn't hot but warm, which I really liked! Just having to wait a whole day for the jacuzzi wasn't worth it because the bubbles weren't on constantly and kept stopping. Also all facilities were turned off at 7pm including indoor and outdoor pools which I didn't like because other hotels would have it open for 24hrs.

Very neat and clean environment . It’s value for money , staff were polite and the rooms were cleaned daily .we also enjoyed the entertainment .

Not enough information about facilities: I figured out that there is a SPA on the last day only.Hotel is not "very" close to a beach.

the restaurant service, staff and foods are the best in this hotel as value for money, good bar service and drinks offer. the location is so good for a big hotel with pool, not far from the main center and beach with a 10 min walk.

the Air conditionin in the room was too rumorous. the wi fi was unuable in high demand hours, the reception desk is poor for a 4 stars hotel, slow chek in and not any info regarding hotel or city main info. asking for assistance has been useless seen that no results. Room service, they jump to clean the room and not even advising at the reception before 12.00 am has solved the issue. the room remained undone.

We wanted to stay at Hotel California Palace again because we loved our stay the first time.

From best hotel experience, to worst hotel experience.Very expensive 3 days. Small bed for long people. Light in the room was not good. Dirty room with sand under the bed. In the bathroom was a broken trashcan. Shower has a clogged drain so while showering water overflowing into the hall. First morging waking up to cleaning crew making noise at 6AM. The hotel trashbins under our balcony where open and it smelled terrible on our balcony. We asked for better room but did not get accommodated. Also the food at dinner and breakfast was not as good as I remembered. Waiting for 20 minutes coffee because 1 of the 2 coffee machines was not filled with coffee. Some salads and meat tasted old.

The view and the bed is comfortable.

Some other staff are not well oriented, they don’t know how to respect the clients. And personally i don’t see nor have expirienced the 4 star of the hotel. If i compare to the other hotel with 4 star this hotel is like a 2 star. Sorry for that.

Location ok, staff looking very bored. My room was forgotten a couple of times by the cleaner, even after leaving the room around 9 and leaving the please clean my room sign on the door handle. Maybe because my room was at the end of the hallway.

Supplied breakfast if included had a large variety of foods to choose from to suit your taste. The facility’s were freely available. The main shopping area within easy walking distance.
