    Pros +

    • Room was fine. Breakfast was pretty good, but a bit basic. The coffee was pretty bad. We use a Nespresso machine at home, but the coffee in the breakfast room was not as rich. When I finally got to the pool, it seemed nice, and my nephew and his father seemed to enjoy it. The staff was helpful, although it got very busy at check-in time.
    • It was clean and spacious size rooms for Europe!
    • Location, breakfast, size of the room and the bed

    Cons -

    • Coffee in the breakfast room.
    • No views except the surrounding buildings.
    • Bathroom and toilet - things are scratched there, bathtub was not very clean. Room - no such basic staff as napkins, kettle and coffee machine.

Swimming pool on the roof top

small rooms, you can see that it is an old hotel, it doesn't have its own yard and it doesn't have its own pool down in the yard

Hotel is very clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

    9ShanePosted on: 4-25-2025

In a quiet location, yet close to beach, with cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of Spanish hot and cold options, with good coffee, teas and juices. Small swimming pool and relaxing area on the roof. Also wellness treatments available in the hotel.

Everything was great, tho the shower could do with a rail, as the floor was very slippery.

The first two days were cold and windy, so the rooftop pool meant a lot to us – it’s excellent. The rooms were clean, we got plenty of towels, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Especially if you have a sweet tooth. The hotel’s location is also very good, just 3 minutes from the sea.

We have no complaints, just one small thing — there was a lack of vegetables at breakfast. Everythink is great.

Friendly staff, large suite, clean bath. Price was great for what you get

Breakfast was fine, not amazing. But again, price/ quality was great

Heated pool is excellent. Paid breakfast is a good option. Microwave and kettle in the room should be great add on but other than that its perfect. Plenty of paid private parking owned by Num hotel.

Booked for 2 nights at last minute. Got two rooms cheap . Rooms clean comfy. Bathroom nice. Heated pool on roof was great. Staff nice n helpful lady got my child some cutlery so he could eat his dragon fruit easily funny. Thanks

    Didn’t dislike anything

The room was great. We upgraded to a superior room as they were doing a deal because they had only reopened after the Christmas break. It was well worth it. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower was great and we loved the jacuzzi bath. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The room could have been a little warmer as the weather was quite cold. The heated rooftop pool was cold but I think that was to do with the hotel only reopening from their Christmas break.

    Location was good.

The staff weren't overly friendly. We arrived on there bank Holiday they started to take pictures of us. No offer or gesture of appreciation for participating. Did not feel welcome in the bar. Overall mediocre hotel.

Helpful receptionist. Good-sized room with sofa and comfortable bed. No noise from other rooms so we slept well. We were able to park on the road not far from the hotel. Easy walk to sea.

We booked half-board at a set price but were told that the meal price was just for lunch. Choosing from an evening menu we had to pay a supplement. The public rooms were cold and draughty. Some comfortable seats in the reception area would be a good idea. People were sitting on the floor.

Great location close to beach, shops and restaurants. Great breakfast selection. Comfortable beds and we enjoyed the pool! Easy bike rentals right at the property.

There was construction right across the hotel with work going on for the whole day. We were out most days so it didn’t bother us too much.

    9RichardPosted on: 12-3-2024

Room was nice and clean and the pool and breakfast were lovely

Bed was a little too hard and the TV remote didn’t work so I had to manually attend to TV to change channels etc.

    5PostrelkoPosted on: 11-12-2024

it is in 20 minutes walk to Port Aventura

Before booking, confirm if the construction across the narrow street is complete, as it was extremely noisy during my stay. Although they claim to have a Michelin-starred chef, the dinner was disappointing and overpriced. The breakfast was made with cheap ingredients and lacked any vegetables
