A kettle in the room would have been ideal.With such beautiful balcony would have been lovely to sit down with a cuppa very early morning or late at night instead of getting dressed and having to leave the room to get one.

Would come again and would recommend. Loved the Kids Club

Power Outage but this wasn't the fault of hotel, could use a better playground though

Breakfast was really good the first day, great selection, replenished and not too busy. 2nd day there was a strike so cold food only but still alot of choice. Pool area was ok and great location.

Just beware, I had 2 teenagers, both and a girl, and this was in my booking (16&14) but only got 2 double beds. As it was a short stay, we ended up booking another room but just being prepared, there are no pull out beds, etc. I also tried to communicate with the hotel through booking.com, but they don't respond. Go direct in the future.

The rooms were very spacious with two double beds and quiet. Recently decorated tastefully. Easy parking below the hotel. Not overlooked by another building. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was always luke warm. Snack lobby near the pool had very poor quality food and very cheap products on offer. The all inclusive package was very poor and we always had to queue for our drinks as there wasn't enough staff to serve us. You could not have Rose wine which is very popular nowadays. When we parked our car, there was no sign to tell us where the lift was to access the hotel reception. We had to walk all round the back of the hotel with our cases.

It was clean and comfortable, the staff on reception went out of their way to make sure we had a excellent stay Would definitely return.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location

We stayed all inclusive the food I was exactly the same every night and cold, there was a microwave to heat your food as they know it’s cold.we ate at the restaurant 2 times walked out of it without eating, we also don’t drink alcohol and had to cue in the bar for 30 minutes to get a soft drink or coffee as there was only one open with 1 member of staff serving at least a cue of 20 people each time so in 8 days stay I ate 2 meals and had just 4 drinks we are a family of 5 so you can imagine how much this cost us to go and get drinks and food outside we are blessed we had money otherwise we would have been sick off this hotel. Highly recommend to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable.. Staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb, fresh produce every day. Good service to guests.

Would have liked a kettle in the room.

Location swimming pool good slept well. Room was nice. A lot more positives than negatives

Swimming pool was cold. Some locks didn’t work on bathroom by reception also refill soap, hand dryer not great. Inside bar staff one young guy was a bit sarcastic and rude to us. Outside it was hard to talk to workers to order as they had no English but it’s understandable.

Fresh, clean, frendly staff

Elevators, only option to go down from your floor, even if you need to go up after breakfast or lunch from the restaurant. We had a feeling that hotel is understaff. Dirty around the pool afternoon or in the bar in the evening. A waiters almost everyone forgot to take an order for drinks during dinner, we had to reminder.

Entertainment for kid show was super good my kid has enjoy.room clean up every day.

The lifts were busy alot of the time. Deck chairs by the pool always taken/occupied.

The location is perfect and the coach transfer to PortAventura is really handy. The rooms and all of the different areas in the hotel were clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had so many different options. The beds were comfy and the rooms were as shown in the pictures. The staff on reception were really helpful with everything we asked them and happy to book us taxis.

It was noisy outside our room until quite late at night as we were above the front of the hotel where the children were playing outside. We couldn’t get a sunbed by the pool and there is definitely room to have more sunbeds. The bar area is clean and modern but didn’t have much atmosphere but there is loads of bars close by to go out at night.

Enjoyed being close to Salou centre, and the beach.Room was large and comfortable.Swimming pool was lovely and well managed.Food quality was good (we were half board).Staff were friendly and helpful (when not hurrying the table to finish mealtimes)

Having to book timeslots for meals - removed spontaneity and meant that we had to wake early or rush back for dinner (there are limited slots, so we were forced to breakfast early and . This is not what one wants for a relaxing holiday. Meals felt like a military exercise.Breakfast slot was 40 mins - inadequate time for a leisurely breakfast. Dinner also felt rushed. Would stay elsewhere next time due to this fundamental issue.

Lack of sun beds by the pool. Also too many guests putting towels on sun beds to reserve them. I also did not like that I had to book a place for breakfast and dinner. One day the breakfast slot was full and I could not reserve a spot however I paid for all inclusive and should have been guaranteed a place

Depth of pool was too deep for younger children. No floating aids allowed. If not all inclusive not drinks offered at meals. I didn’t book all inclusive as I didn’t need lunch as was at parks all day. Would have liked a beer or wine offered with dinner.
