The dinners were perfect. Professional , variety and tasteful selections.

I didn't like the comunist lady at the dinners wich kept us minutes outside to dirijate us beside we have a small children and she already knew us before. They didn't provide us bracelets but we had to briing with us every time, some kind of paper with the room number. It seems to be like in 70 's maybe. But the rest was good. The dinner was perfect with anything at verry good level. Breakfast were English style, sweet and not so quality do not put anymore sugar in meals... But afterall, valie for the money was good.Perfect absolutely perfect cleaning an absolute 10.

Being a 4 star resort hotel.

Staff at the Concierge and the restaurant. Food not so good and the staff are not really accommodating. Every other guests has the same concern to the restaurant regarding their booking about the meals.

Excellent hotel near Port Aventura Park - it's only a 15-minute walk from the hotel to the park! It's also a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. There are shops and cafes nearby. The hotel has a small swimming pool, there were enough sun loungers. We only had breakfast, it was very tasty and varied. Breakfast changed daily. The rooms are clean, the staff helps with everything.

The main minus is the very bad Wi-Fi - it's slow and the registration was constantly getting lost. Nowadays, fast internet should be available everywhere

    Pleasant

I book room with my child ( 2 year old) ant they charge money from me (says AS my children are not 2 year old anymore and have to pay extra)

We chose the half board option and found it to be perfect for what we needed. The meals were of a high quality and varied every day. The mini club for the kids was excellent too. The pool was great too. It is a perfect option for visiting Port Aventura and is only a short walk to and from the park. The hotel was very clean and absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Rooms are simple but totally functional for our needs. The lift is a little slow but that wasn't a major issue for us.

Night entertainment, bar service. Out side pull.

Awful beds and blankets. Breakfast quality.

Clean room, fantastic facilities and amazing staff!!!

    Food was not the best.

    9RicardoPosted on: 1-6-2025

The room was a good size for all four (with two kids). The pool was okay, it just could be open without a break on the middle of the day. Breakfast was OK, but lunch and dinner were always amazing. The Christmas time and the event to meet Santa it was superb and magical. The recreation staff were awesome.

The corridor area can be a little bit noisy if the hotel is busy or if there are many children walking around.

The room was quite big and spotlessly clean where it was serviced every day, the breakfast, lunch and evening meal was good where there was plenty of choice for everyone. The carpark was very big and you could easily fit a Ranger Rover Sport in there and there was also high transit vans in the garage so no issues on parking. The outside pool was open but I never used it but there was a few people that used it over the Christmas. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We was the only English in the hotel when we was staying there but I would like to say a big thank you to RAVI who was working in the dinning room and she really looked after us throughout our stay.

The main pub in the hotel was closed and it would have been nice to have a quite drink without lots of noise from the pool tables. The outside pool bar was closed throughout Christmas as well. But the entertainment room bar is open. If you are thinking of going to Salou over the Christmas / New Year then all the shops and bars are closed down within Salou which is know to the English as the main town area. There are shops and Spanish bars open in what is known as the old town which is where the Spanish tend to live and shop. If you go to this hotel or Salou in the main season then it's a great area and all the bars within the hotel are open.

    Not the best

The facilities had reduced hours (eg the pool, which is why we booked the property in the first place) or not open at all. Breakfast was ordinary as well, and the property was dated overall.

Easy parking on street. Nice balcony with chairs. Room was clean. Good churros.

Clean but otherwise like hotels from 70-80’s. Really heavy detergent smell in room. Warm breakfast more cold than warm and nothing special.

    7LeahPosted on: 12-15-2024

Staff were very nice and helpful. Price was reasonable.

The facilities seemed old and unloved, only one restaurant was open at any given time. We understand it’s off peak season but based on the building, the room, the facilities, lobby, it really didn’t seem like a four star hotel overall.Location wise, although it’s a 10-minute walking distance to the Port Aventura park, it wasn’t close to supermarket or restaurants so you need to take a car to get lunch or dinner especially because their in-house restaurant did not have a lot of choices.

    3JeremyPosted on: 12-4-2024

Staff was good and it was well cleaned.

Poor beds, poor linen, mediocre food choices, charge for every little thung. AC only blew hot air. Could hear every other rooms noise all night long.

    3GregPosted on: 12-3-2024

    Spacious

Needs renovation The food was not goodThe service was average The rooms were sub parThe gym had very limited equipment and the only total body cable machine was broken. Sad to call this a gym. It was more like an exercise space.

    10JodiePosted on: 11-18-2024

Breakfast was very good lots to choose from and dinner to. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

    7KatiePosted on: 11-5-2024

The hotel was lovely everyone was very welcoming and it’s a short walk up to port adventura which was perfect, we had a nice view overlooking the pool area, and breakfast was lovely, there’s also a hidden Irish style pub hidden behind the kids club area which I’d recommend visiting. All the staff were really attentive we had a civil protection warning while we were there and they were all really caring making sure we would stay safe.

The evening meals were on and off depending on the night, I would still say it’s worth the money though as there’s a wide choice to choose from. Also we wanted to go in the inside pool, but realised you need swimming caps, which they do offer for a additional fee so maybe bring your own if you want to go in, that put us off as it was really really busy at the time when we wanted to go in.

We are stayed at hotel first week on October. Facilities beautiful and clean. Our room and bath was great. The restaurant enaugh big and nice.

The next time I would choose a room with view to swiming pool. We had the room with town view was a bit noisy in mornings.
