The room was nice and spacious

Overlooked train line and wanted 10 Euro per night to move to the back!

We went to Portaventura park and it was about 5 min drive, it was close to the beach, Salou shops and supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful. A good spacious balcony although you can hear all the other rooms balcony noise. Free parking in front of the hotel.

One of the beds was on an awkward position, blocking the room exit door. The walls sound insulation was really poor, there were noisy neighbors which was not great. The pool could be opened for a longer period during the day

-Great location- close to the beach and to the shops, bus stop ect,at the same time quiet.- good size of the apartment,- good food,- regular cleaning, our bedding was changed half way through our 9 nights stay,- big balcony,-handy kitchenette with utensils and a fridge and an intro pack with a washing liquid,a sponge ect-many 3 kids families as the accommodations have a 5th bed

The towels were quite tired - they should be totally replaced.Not much done in the pool area for the crazy early morning takers of the lounges so we hardly ever stayed at the pool but we've enjoyed the beach anyway.The extra bed is just next to the entrance door.

The food. And no were we could go to eat. Had to buy our own food.

Beach about 400 mtrs from hotel nice walk in day time but very dark at night . rooms were clean but a bit tired Wifi very slow in all areas . staff always very friendly and helpful .

the Food was always cold even the soup in the soup Kettle . cold cooked meat would have been a bonus at dinner to go with the salad . the food hot plates always running at 50 Degrees or lower . even when we had lunch outside at the pool bar which we paid for the food was served cold had to send back .

The appartment was very clean and had everything we required for our stay. The air conditioning was great. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful?

We could hear alot of noise from the appartments each side of us, from chairs moving to toilets flushing?

Great location lovely room with view of the pool

Great location, staff were all really helpful, pool temperature was perfect, hotel was clean. Enough tables at breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast was good but the food sometimes ran out and wasn't replaced quickly enough. The dinner options, especially for the kids, were not enough, and the food was not kept hot. However, overall we had a really nice stay, thank you.

Great location for the beach and staff very helpful.

Pool was much smaller than the pictures show and getting a sun bed was ridiculous, only 95 sun beds for the whole hotel!

Central Location clean and friendly staff.

The battle for sunbed .The fact they still charge for a safe in the room I believe this is an outdated idea. It would be in the hotels interest that money and valuables are kept safe approx 60euro for two weeks so many others offer this free.

Pool rules- no floats allowed for children. In pool for 30 minutes and towels removed. Needed more sun loungers around the pool.

Loved the cleanliness and the entertainment around the pool each day. Pool side bar served lovely food.

Swimming pool area a bit smaller than we would have liked. No full length mirror in apartment. Only mirror was in bathroom. Shame there was a charge for Safety deposit boxes.

The hotel was in a good location, the complex was a very clean and looked after. Value for money

I didn’t like the queuing for the sunbeds a hour and half Que before you could sit at the sunbed.

Lovely apartment with air conditioning.Pool and pool bar were great. All the staff were really friendly and very helpful

Lack of sunbeds but same everywhere. Always an issue no matter where you stay.Maybe a system all complexes should adopt would be tickets for the adults for the sun loungers. This way adults get loungers and kids can share if need be as they spend most of the time in the pool or playing in the activities available.

Prices of food and beverages at bar expensive ..Queue for pool loungers every morning , gate opened at 9 and could be all gone by 9.05Noise at night beyond quite hrs stated

Hotel is so well kept .Our 5th visit to Aparthotel Cye.Exceptionally clean on all our visits.Staff always very friendly and helpful.So near the beach.we will return again next year.

More sunbeds needed by the pool area.
