Pool is amazing! Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels.

The bar is very expensive and the €1 deposit on every drink for the cup is a bit much. Pool didn’t open until 10am.

Location was good. Short stroll down to town and beach. Facilities lovely, clean and well looked after.

The noise. Entertainment to super loud and on till late. The rooms have paper thin walls and you can literally hear everything from water running through the walls, conversations and anyone having a good time. It’s a studio based set up but no kettle??!! Little things really but the disturbed sleep from the noise was real bad, guests are out of your control I guess but after charging extra for the terrace we wish we had gone without.

It was clean. Can't fault the cleaning staff, kept the rooms and general site very clean. Great bed services for changing beds & towels. Size of the complex was good. Real let down that the water is not heated. Makes zero sense to be open in April with freezing temperatures of water. Kids were blue from the cold.

The resort exploits its guests. I bought 2 drinks, vodka and coke & whiskey and coke, and 4 kids fruit juice boxes. 28e!! Extortion! Resort breaking Consumer Laws as asked for the receipt, said they can't print it. Asked to see prices and wouldn't show me. Photo evidence was taken from the food menu where misdleading & false advertising occurred. They advertise chips for 2.50 but yet charged 5e. When asked they said it is because you ordered chips without anything else. 1 burger was 12.50e -Also did not know that there is only 1 sink the room to accommodate all people for washing cleaning and basic use. That was disgusting. The door to the toilet was not closed off so apart from seeing them, talking to them and smelling everyone when they use it, it was ok.The lack of clarity regarding the rooms was strong. It was advertised and imaged a way that looked like a separate room, with separate bathroom. Turns out it was a studio bed suite where the only actual door is to come in or out of the premises.I would have liked to have known this before booking as I would have avoided this place altogether. The water was freezing cold. No one went swimming. We came on holidays to go swimming. The children's pool should atleast be heated in April. Kids were really sad and upset that the water area was so cold. The sprinklers squirted vertically from the ground. It sprayed up into my 4yr old and 6yr olds eyes. That was the end of that. No one even attempted to go up.thise stairs again in the water play area for kids. They were so excited, squirted in the face & it ruined there pool time. The buffet was shockingly bad. The lack of selection of basic food was appalling. How can you put out 4 containers of chips to make it look full. The quality of the food was very bad. I expected a much higher standard in this area especially per the outrageous price of 20e per adult & 15e per child.

Very Less options for Vegetarian at the Buffet. But the Chef and staff accommodated our request and prepared veg sandwiches for us which was good.

I had to pay for Kettle which is not expected from a Hotel of such stature. Also the room doesn't have Iron / Iron board.Kettle and Iron not available in the room and the fact that you need to pay and also put up a deposit is a huge disappointment.Pool hours should have been extended to at least 7:00 PM specially since the days are longer now.

It was very clean, all around very well kept. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and did their best to provide good service. Mini club - a delight. Amazing activities, nice little playground for age up to 5-6y.

Food - disaster. It might come down to being just entering into the season but it was awful. Room was spacious but very thin walls, no sound proof. Not a single glass or cup in the room to have water or keep a toothbrush. Room cleaned daily but more just making the beds. Even capsules for coffee machine weren't refilled.

It is a silent place with a pool for adults and childrens, good place for a vacation

    8BettinaPosted on: 3-24-2025

    The kids club was amazing.

The bathroom. As we travelled with our 2 years old and the bathroom was not separated from the room, it was a little bit difficult at the evenings.

It was a nice looking hotel that’s about it

Had to call someone to come fix the toilet as it was leaking,Was over run by rude football camp kids and coaches,Breakfast time was chaos, couldn’t get sat together as a family, the pool was over run by these kids our 4year old kicked in the head by them we reported to the life guard, We complained and followed this up when home but the hotel have done nothing about this

    7MelissaPosted on: 11-17-2024

I've never seen such a clean hotel at all times. My children absolutely loved the KidsClub - Hey Charlie ?? The pool was amazing ?? And you are just around the corner from everything. Really enjoyed our Stay.

    • Breakfast wasn't great • Staff at the bar wasn't friendly, unfortunately • Couldn't sleep all the night through as it was so loud.

    8JacquelinePosted on: 10-29-2024

The rooms were spotless and the changing rooms near the pool were the cleanest changing rooms iv seen in a long while anywhere else. The rain shower was lovely could of spent along time in there .the kids loved the pool and the slides, they had alot of fun. Even though the bathroom was in the same room as the bedroom it didn't bother us at all.

The lack of lighting when it's dark around the accommodation areas

    9NickPosted on: 10-26-2024

Really modern, clean apartments, helpful staff, brilliant kids facilities. Would return in a heartbeat

    8KennethPosted on: 10-25-2024

Great pool and facilities for children.

The buffet food was not very hot.

    10KellyPosted on: 10-23-2024

well laid out, all rooms close to the pool and facilities, friendly helpful staff. good quality of food, buffet seemed endless, poolside bar priced roughly same as surrounding pubs etc

room could be a little bigger with some more storage but otherwise the hotel and facilities were perfect

    7ViktorijaPosted on: 10-18-2024

Good kids pool (except it’s cold on October), very nice and green area around. Breakfast and dinner was good.

Shower and wc room in one place. Where is no pool towel rent, you have to had yours. Cold pool. Very early Breakfast (8:30) and late dinner (20:00).

    6LauraPosted on: 10-17-2024

The environment is very beautiful, feels safe, lots of greenery. especially suitable for families with children! the location is also nice, close to the city and the beach. a wide selection at breakfast!

When booking through booking.com, the room information clearly shows: "patio", it is both as an icon and as text. When we got the room, we found out that there doesn't have a patio. unfortunately, it was very difficult to Silventoinen this out and we could not reach an agreement on this matter.

A lovely stay for myself, my partner and our 2 boys ( 1 year old & 8 month old). Can’t recommend it enough excellent shows for the kids wonderful pool area and a bit of a paradise in which the apartments are situated lovely set up and 10 mins to main shops and beach, we will be back again!

    8MelissaPosted on: 10-7-2024

The pools are the best I’ve seen. One shallow one for the younger ones that was big and had climbing frame and slides in it. The bigger pool had the big slides and the bouncy climber aswel as a climbing frame. Both mine had an amazing time in the pools. The whole place is very clean.

We were in a 4 bed room and it was tiny. Barely room to walk through. The toilet is in the bedroom, with just a frosted glass half door separating it. Not ideal! The shower is also in the bedroom. There’s no separate bathroom. There is a sink and a fridge in the room but no cutlery or dishes. It’s also quite expensive for food and drinks and they don’t do full board at the hotel it has to be prebooked. The food was the same every night we went to the buffet.
