clean, and airy hotel. Good pool and terrace areas that were well maintained. Food was 'ok'. A bit repetitive which is usual for half board and all inclusive hotels.Most staff were friendly and helpful.

Restaurant staff were sometimes a bit rude. Quite slow to clear used items from the table and seemed to want to much control of where you wanted to sit, which was something I'd never encountered before. Several times there were staff dining in the restaurant, too. I'm not a snob, buy have experienced hotel work myself, and this is a huge no no for me.In this day and age, I'd expect USB points in the room, by the bed, especially in a hotel of this star rating.

Excellent food vs value. Lots of fresh food, fruits, veg as well as delicious variety of mains. Brilliant for families. We took a baby and 3yr old, plenty to keep the kids entertained all day and night. Comfortable rooms and friendly, energetic staff.

The only thing I didn’t like…, the sausages are a bit meh! (To be fair though, I think most of Europe struggles to produce a good sausage!)

The hotel was great , clean and comfortable, staff are excellent, food is amazing , well worth going half board

We upgraded to the Duplex Suite. It allowed my son to have his room downstairs while I had my own room upstairs.

Food only Luke warm.To many people smoking round swimming pool.Lack of sockets in room.Rooms seemed very dark.Maids knocking once then walking in.Curtasy male room shower broken and out of order when leaving hotel.

Big family rooms. Comfy beds. Great room service. Excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities for the kids. Outstanding service allround!

I liked the location and the food.

The noise levels during mornings and evenings were pretty high. I understand that you can't control the streets or the rest of the guests, but if you hang the sleep more sign on the door, you expect that at least the cleaning personnel to be as silent as possible. That was not how it was, the ladies were laughing, talking and dropping things every morning. Also, I chose the accomodation due to marketed parking places. When we arrived I noticed that they only have 20 places and they were full. We had to park 10 minutes walking away from the location.

the Golden Avenida is great for family vacation.Rooms are a bit old, but very clean, and the balcony is really nice.We had full board, and the food was really good, for very meal. A lot of fish, great pizza and great sweets.The bar is good, they have slushy all the time, good coffee and nitro Guiness.Animation team was really good and there are activites every evening for small children. not so many for teenagers ;)

If you want to have a good place at the swimming pool, you should go there early in the morning and put towels on the place that you want.Bur that also mens that you can sit there early in the morning rount the pool in peace and quite ;)

Facilities,cleanliness, activities, and staff everything was perfect, and this is our second time in this hotel.

Breakfast was fantastic. So much variety to choose from! Location was brilliant and just a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops etc. and just 10 minutes to the beach

We loved everything!

Excelent enviroment for families, a lot of activities for the little ones and also for the parents. Excelent buffet with plenty of choice and tasty food. Staff where amazing and for sure we will come back next year.

There were 2 televisions in the rooms but neither of them worked. Better off not having them at all.

Dinner was amazing. Kids club, staff friendliness was exceptional. Evening shows were amazing and worth staying up for with the kids.

Room sizes wasn’t very big. Room cleanliness was not perfect when we checked in but after that it was great everyday for the remaining of our 7 nights stay, so thank you.Drinking Water in the room would have been useful as water sometimes was needed in the middle of the night and could t access the filter near reception as it was closed.Overall, it was a nice stay.

Brilliant hotel. Staff were absolutely brilliant, Reception, restaurant, bar, entertainment and maids all were brilliant. The pool is brilliant for the kids, two parks, football pitch! The kids club and entertainment team were absolutely brilliant and the evening shows had great variety and all but one were really enjoyable!
