Golden Port Salou & Spa

Rooms were clean, comfy beds, nice balcony. Buffet service was excellent - lots of selection!

The staff is friendly, always with a smile and so hardworking. I'm already missing Javier welcoming us to the restaurant.

The gym had some machines, but could use some free weights.

Very nice days there. The entertainment team Alex, Maja, Olga were exceptionally good and made fun times with activities for us adults who don't want to lay by the pool

Indoor swimming in 4* hotel should be bigger and the spa swimming pool should be free.

Congested avenue. Too many cops ticketing around the premises, since the hotel does not have a 10-minute parking area.

We recently stayed at the Golden Port Solou Hotel over the Easter holidays and I have to say we really enjoyed our stay the staff at reception, maids, and especially the dining and bar staff were excellent so friendly and helpful we had booked two Premier rooms for a family of six the rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the spa facilities, great location too. We would definitely love to return to the Golden Port Salou Hotel.

All the staff from the reception, maids, and dining room to bar staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are modern and fresh.

Pool area needs to be modernised then it will be a 5 start hotel

The rooms are excellent clean and comfortable beds. Good showers and tea and coffee in the room. Fridge to keep your drinks cold and a good bar and restaurant service. Indoor poot which was heated and 3 outdoor pools for children and adults. Breakfast is a buffet style breakfast with loads of choice . Entertainment around the pool every day as well as good entertainment for children. Mini golf , darts, pool and table tennis and football and basketball court

I like everything about the hotel

Clean and good food, rooms were nice and clean and equipped with kettle.

Bathrooms could be better

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very pleasant.

Air conditioning instructions, the rooms, lobby and bar were very stuffy and the air conditioning is only available from June to September. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8am which for young children who are up early is a bit late, 7:30 would have been better from our perspective. Only food available after 6pm was the buffet which isn’t stated clearly in their times for bar/lounge where it says food is served until 11pm

Lovely and modern, great facilities and kids club.

The nightclub that was opposite was very noisy where our room was situated in the family suite.
