Location

Rooms are very tight. Very little room At the end of the bed. Not enough Sun loungers or umbrellas for high season. Animation team poor. Lifeguard does not stop children jumping into pool, dangerous and annoying to sun bathers

The location was perfect . Near the sea and also near the center and the clubs . Also the personal and workers were quite polite and nice .

The food was in order and there was always a great choice .But the plates, spoons, forks and glasses should be cleaned a little more properly. The service was very nice and there was always a cook grilling fresh food for us .

I think it’s good location.

Not clean. Air conditioner in the room didn’t work I mean it didn’t provide cool air.

Very central, rooms very clean

Very busy hotel with lots of groups staying especially young sporting teams. Very disruptive on the corridors and very loud in the evenings

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff.The room had an excellent view of the pool, breakfast was well served and the pool was good.

The room was not in accordance with the reservation, we were given a room with two double beds pushed together making The room smaller, when making the reservation I asked for a double bed.The Wi-Fi signal in the hotel offered to guests is very poor, parts of the hotel have no signal and when there was it was very bad.

The staff were excellent. It is very close to all amenities, beach, restaurants, etc.

WiFi was very bad. Beds weren’t comfortable & rooms are very small.

Very clean property in a great location. Nice pool with a nice small bar beside it.Good amount of sunloungers

Rooms were smaller than appeared. Restaurant didn’t have much options for those not on all inclusive. Bar closed at 11/11.30

The staff in general were excellent. The “lady” chef was so efficient at breakfast, cleaning staff very good and friendly..Food very good also.

The reception staff did not have a lot of English and found it hard to understand .

A really cool family experience, ideally located, Great for food too.

Parking your car can be a bad experience in summertime but this is due to the city configuration too.

A room was too small, I even don't have a space for my luggage, I expected a bit bigger room. Food was nice, place also good.

Stayed here 7 times now and will always be our base when visiting Salou. Rooms are spotless, beds comfortable with the room being well equipped.Big enough for two adults for a few nights stay.

Mirror on dressing table would be ideal. Two woman getting ready at the same time does prove difficult.

The location and the breakfast were lovely.

A staff at the reception called Tina was very unfriendly when we were about checking in.Secondly, the wifi wasn't great I ended using my phone wifi.When the room was cleaned, it wasn't cleaned properly also tiissues were not replaced.They should ensure staff at the reception are always welcoming.

About 2-5 min walk to the beach. Right next to all shops and restaurants. Hotel was really modern. Didn't have to wake super early for sun loungers there were plenty. Room was really clean. No problem getting a late checkout. Great price. Good atmosphere in the hotel. Salou itself had great pubs and cocktail bars.

Some food options in the bar by the pool would have been handy like light bites for lunch like toasted sandwiches nachos goujons etc.. The food in the restaurant down stairs didn't look great though so wouldn't recommend all inclusive better off eating out in the area.

The Hotel is in an excellent location, located a two minute walk from a smaller beach (right from the hotel entrance), the pool was brilliant. Amazing choice for breakfast, dinner and lunch with amazing staff that were very welcoming. We rented bikes in the hotel to cycle to Cambrills and they were perfect. The entertainment staff were outstanding providing some form of entertainment every day and every night. Their energy ensured we had an amazing holiday.

One receptionist was extremely rude and but it does not take away from all the amazing staff at the restaurant, pool, entertainment and remaining receptionists. The rooms are on the smaller side but are perfect for what we wanted. The pool could benefit from some extra sun loungers but those are very minor complaints.

Dated hotel with small pool and AC not working properly in bedroom. Older, blonde front desk women were rude and not helpful. Younger front desk staff were great.

Clean ,modern ,food was fantastic, especially for the cost to upgrade to half board, and a good bar with quality drinks

Not much really,really,coffee facilities in room but that's an English thing

Great location close to the beach and tourist area. The pool was great for families. Everything was fresh and clean.Good breakfast, lots to choose from. Could do a little better with the bacon though. If we come back, I would try the hotel restaurant for dinners as well.

The Wifi was both slow and has a poor signal.
