Very nice location, super clean rooms and facilities.

The food choices could of been better, all food was perfectly edible but the selection felt random at times.

Great location, it’s conveniently close to shops, restaurants, beaches and local attractions which made getting around easy.

We stayed at this hotel for a week as a family, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. The rest of the experience was far from relaxing. Our room was very small, outdated, and lacked comfort. The bed was extremely hard, and I woke up every morning with body aches. Sleep was difficult due to constant noise guests running and talking loudly in the corridor at night, events in the evening, and cleaning staff making noise early in the morning around the pool area. The pool was overcrowded and far too small for the hotel’s capacity. It didn’t feel clean, so we didn’t even attempt to swim. The bar resembled a canteen more than a relaxing lounge, and the restaurant was cramped and chaotic. While the food was decent, the dining area was noisy and not well organised. The lobby was very basic and lacked any welcoming atmosphere. It didn’t reflect the star rating the hotel claims. Staff, including receptionists were not particularly friendly or professional. Most didn’t greet guests or even smile, which made the overall atmosphere feel cold and impersonal.

It’s well located and perfect if you’re travelling with children. As most things are in walking distance, and there’s plenty of entertainment within the hotel to keep them occupied. The pool area is also great and felt very safe, with shallow pools for younger children. As well as a play area and pool slides.

Certain areas need upgrading and if things aren’t kept on top of; the hotel could easily fall behind in terms of overall quality. For example, the sun loungers are starting and the majority of the gym equipment was broken. The gym would also benefit from having a “sign in” system and being locked to prevent young children using it and injuring themselves.

Rooms were perfect for what we needed, not very spacious, but ideal for the time you spend in there and the cleaners were in every day which was great. Food was fine, always something to suit everyone, we were all-inclusive and although it wasnt exceptional it was perfect and what you would expect from all-inclusive. Staff were always so helpful, and work extremely hard. Location was great, everything was in walking distance, less than 10 minute walk to the beaches, shops, bars and food options all around. 15/20 minute walk to the fountains and House of Illusions.

Didnt like that there is no designated smoking area outside, people were smoking everywhere, and there didnt seem to be any ashtrays around so it was just being flicked on the ground which is not nice around the pool/outdoor bar area.

Nice hotel, staff very good especially the animation team. Definitely not a 4 star more like a 3. Food is good but basic and not huge amounts of choice. Location is good.

Room need updating as they are looking tired. Someone outside cleaning would be good as people were leaving litter and pigeons were pooping everywhere. Food could do with a more choices especially the desserts which were very basic.

Didn’t like the breakfast , snacks aka burgers , chips and hotdogs weren’t always warm

the swimming pool area was horrendous so many children at one stage in the small pool witch had a sign on the wall that read max 25 all children to be with an adult but there was 27 people in it but only 5 where adults plus there was 11 inflatables the big pool was just as bad there was not enough sunbeds I am not a beach person but we had no choice so cost us 64 euros a day for beds and umbrella at the beach so over the week we spent between us (4 ladys) over 200 euros so I would only recommend this hotel if you have young children

Lovely big room, spa was lovely, enough for everyone todo

The where short staffed not enough staff for the amount of people, the pools were shut a few times but no communication as too how long, the lifts were horrendous u had to wait ages for one and when it did come it stopped on every floor and people would all squash in

The hotel was on a street with a number of souvenir shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The room had a mini fridge, balcony and a safe. The beach and bus stops were within walking distance. Reception booked taxis for us when required.

Food and location was perfect. Could possibly do with more staff pool side bar to reduce the wait for food

Sunbeds be put out by staff in an effort to reduce panic to get them and not be allowed hold sunbeds for more than 30mins. Sunbeds were been held for half the day with nobody on them.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good location.

Lovely hotel food was good rooms very clean. Big beds walk in shower. Good area to stay.

Was on room base only so can't comment on the food. Hotel was lovely room cleaned with fresh towels every day. Staff was lovely and friendly. Pool area was clean plenty of sunbeds and a choice of pools.

The very loud people in the room next to us. Not hotels fault at all but boy were they noisy.
