Hotel Best Los Angeles

Good place really close to the beach, restaurants and other touristy things. Good range of food, you can always find something you like.

Staff seemed a bit tired, but I wouldn't say it's a deal breaker.

1) Sometimes food was okay, watermelon, melon and other fruits were always presented.2) Clean rooms, working AC. They were making up a room every day.3) Sometimes life music and different entertainments in the evening time.

1) It is nice that they have a private parking (18€/day) but it was awful. While single parking slot can fit large car, it is almost impossible to maneuver to pass through. 2) Most of the time the food was semi-fresh, something was overcooked, something was undercooked, something was yesterday's with a bad odor.3) The staff was unfriendly, it was almost impossible to catch someone to get the drinks. If you did it, their faces were very unfriendly. And cleaning ladies always were making huge noise throwing the plates and cutlery next to the tables spoiling our dining experience.4) It seemed like the hotel was so busy that they couldn't handle the number of people and there were always lines at the restaurant entrance. 5) On our last night, the fire alarm on our floor went off 4 times, waking everyone up. However, the staff was unaware of this and only rounded their eyes in surprise the next morning. It turned out that someone was smoking in the room at 4:30 am and the hotel event doesn’t have fines for such a violation. As a result, we didn't sleep most of the night before the long way home.

Great location, close to the beach,main shopping street and the bus stop .We had a corner balcony that was wrapped around the corner room with sunshine at any point of the day.Comfy beds.For the price we paid I could not expect any more.

No free water provide during the dinner but during breakfast you could have it all including prosecco.Balcony barriers felt a little bit wobbly.

Great welcoming staff. Most impressed with the size of our room and the wet room. Nice central location to walk to the centre.

Staff were so rude.On one occasion a waitress slammed a bottle of wine on our table.We were so infuriated my husband went after her.It was a terrible situation,to be in.Some of the staff o k but overall what a shower.wont be back

The staff were efficient but very unfriendly and unwelcoming, it changed our experience and lessened our opinion of it. cleaning staff were excellent and very warm . Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned. I loved the complimentary contents in the mini fridge, a kettle in the room would have been much appreciated,

The hotel was in a great location and we got a good deal on a 4 night stay. The rooms were small but comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was really bad, a drizzle of water at best -this needs improving as it isn't an acceptable standard. The cleaners were all lovely and worked very hard, the rooms were cleaned well and all public areas were spotlessly clean, so well done to the cleaning team. The bar staff and restaurant staff were slow, inattentive and miserable which is a massive reason for the lower rating. Staff such as this should be far better trained to work with guests and their poor attitude was disappointing. The food in the restaurant was nice and typically what you expect from all inclusive. Waiting staff cannot be bothered to keep an eye on guests for serving drinks and you have to find them whenever you want service - this service goes NOT come with a smile!! Some reception staff were friendly and helpful and some were not. On the whole you get what you pay for at this hotel but better training on staffs attitude towards being friendly and attentive to British guest would be great and is needed!

Attitude and inattentiveness of staff.lack of information on check-in.staff ignoring you until you directly ask them for a drink at both the bar and the restaurant, no smiles from any bar or waiting staff or not manners or greetings, very shocking behaviour. Reception staff, stop serving you to engage in friendly chats with Spanish guests that walked in after you. If you don't want British guests don't sell your rooms to them.

All good, I had allot of late nights, so my room was not cleaned everyday but that was my fault. Food was good for a Spanish hotel and I had no complaints. I stayed last year and maybe next if the price is right. It is a great location for what I went for.

Worst experience of my life in a hotel

Got badly bitten with bed bugs, given the wrong room. Not sorted until the forth night. All inclusive is a joke, they treat you like your a charity case. When moved room the smell was SOOOOOO bad from the shower.

I like the facilities. Nice and clean. Live music.

About the air condition in our room. It does not work properly. The room is nice,clean and comfortable but aircondition tortured us. We put on cooling mode,it is working but the air blowing out was a little warm plus the unpleasant smell. We tried everything but nothing happens. We tried to call to the reception but they are having technical problems about their phones too. Staff entering without knocking first. We chose this hotel to celebrate our Anniversary knowing you're the Best like your name but we are a little bit disappointed. I hope you improve that. Room 2214.

The rooms, pool and food areas were clean. It had good entertainment facilities, ping pong and pool tables, and there are games organised in the evenings. The all inclusive drink selection is also very good.

The staff are not nice, when ordering drinks they just glance at you when it’s your turn to order. They never made an attempt of reciprocating conversation and always seemed in terrible moods. The food was below average in the restaurant

We have stayed at Best Hotels before and this time our stay met our expectations again. Very nice hotel, nothing luxurious but really comfortable. Spacious room, huge and comfy beds, good-sized bathroom, nice terrace with chairs and a small table. Beach towels are provided (against deposit) which is a big plus in terms of luggage. Staff - really nice. And I don't mean that artificial politeness, everyone is genuinely friendly and smiling. Food - excellent choice and quality. We were a bit concerned by some of the reviews here but come on - going out every night as someone had written? bullocks. Every evening was thematic - Spanish, Asian, Mediterranean, Ethnic, Mexican. Meat, fish, fresh barbeque, again fish and meat, scampi, mussels, tuna, seabass... Location - we considered Cap Salou, Cambrils, Ponnent, Vilafortuny, Capellans. The area where Los Angelis is located turned out to be the best location indeed - right in the middle and close to everything. Very close to the Llevant beach which is the best one out of the 8 in the area.On our last day, we had a late evening flight, so we were given a shower room and thus were able to fully enjoy the whole day. Thank you for this.

Dinner time was a real stress. Obviously, the restaurant does not have the capacity and no matter when you go (19;30 - 21:45) you have to wait in line to be seated. And no, the traffic light system about busy and not-so-busy times that the lady at the reception was trying to convince us this was an exception does not work. This is not a canteen for lunch break where you would eat and go - normally, you take your time for dinner, order a drink or two, and the people in front have to wait for someone to finish their dinner. This was smth that felt like a very frustrating experience. We have been in hotels where this has been channeled via shifts that you pick at check-in.

The air-conditioning didn’t work in our room on the top floor and it was too hot at night to sleep it was uncomfortable

The hotel is very conveniently located near the bus stop, you can quickly get to Valencia or Barcelona, ​​everything is close by, shopping cafes restaurants main embankment, from Reus airport in 20 minutes by taxi 30€

The location, accommodation, breakfast and dinner were great. I liked the small energetic person who was in charge during breakfast and dinner, he had everything under control and was the person with a smile on his face.

I was really surprised that it was not possible to sit outside during breakfast or dinner, without the disturbance of people who were smoking.

Excellent location, rooms were very comfortable, well air conditioned and were kept very clean. Also enjoyed having pool tables, a bar, air hockey and swimming pools as well. Also a perfect location.

One member of Staff at reception was quite rude but the others were nice.

The whole hotel is clean, spacious, well maintained & in easy reach of the main strip. Our room was a good size with 2 very large single beds or small doubles, even being on the xl size we only needed the one. The balcony although at the rear overlooked a vibrant busy street. All the usual suspects, room/cleaning service, free toiletries, fridge & air con, all good. 2 large pool areas, spacious bar, lounge & reception area with daily updates on "stuff" & trips available.

Other ignorant guests, particularly those who are disrespectful to hotel staff.
