Pros +
- Breakfast and location were good
- loved how close it was to the main strip. lovely pool area plenty of sun loungers nice and relaxed
- There was always a good selection of food for both breakfast and dinner, although we felt that the set up didn't flow, a lot of backwards and forwards to things. The lobby area was bright and welcoming and looked very smart. The roof top area is lovely, nice and relaxed (although the bar wasn't open) The room was an ok size for us, enough space for our belongings, bed was comfortable, but if we're having to push two single beds together to make a double, they should latch together to avoid falling down the middle! The use of a room safe for free, a lot of hotels want money for this, we appreciate the use of it a lot!The choice of three different pools is great (see below what wasn't so great about the pool)The room key is a great idea, it's a chip on your wrist band, which is the most convenient way of always having your room key with you and not losing it. Being able to pay for things around the hotel by loading it with money is a great idea too ( although we didn't need to make use of that)
Cons -
- Water dispenser wasn’t working and only allowed use if purchasing a water bottle for €5
- staff was rude we had went half board and after 2 nights of rudeness we decided to eat out instead. it's far from a 4 star hotel. our room was a double room and put a extra bed in it , their was 1 foot at either side of the bed to wardrome and other bed was stuck next to the sliding doors . so room had cob webs and cleaning wasn't up to par . we put a toilet roll behind the door for 4 days to see would it be moved and a tag and it's still their , rooms sheet were pulled up and towels put in that is all .Rooms could do with a dusting . U had to pay for ice at the bar if u didn't buy a drink which I taught it was ridiculous considering drinks get warm
- Being told the air condition in the room couldn't be used as the outside temperature isn't warm enough, but you can just have your door open. The room was measuring 29⁰ the majority of the time, opening the door did cool it down, but we had a neighbour somewhere around us smoking at various times of the day, from 5am until late, making our room stink, therefore having to slide the door shut and endure the heat of the room (smoke triggers my wifes migraine). We didn't think we could complain, as people have the right ( or so we thought) to do this in outside areas. On our last day, we learned that you are a 100% smoke free hotel, which to me, means no smoking anywhere in or around the hotel! Also if the outside temp is not warn enough to use the air conditioning why is it not ok to heat up the pools a little? Always freezing cold, so they are not being used!Dinner staff never seemed to offer us drinks, to keep up with knowing which guests have been attended to and have not ( and also for hygiene reasons) I would suggest placing glasses upside down on clean tables as a visual sign. There are signs everywhere saying not to reserve sunbeds, but as usual, plenty of people were from early morning and not using until the afternoon, this was not looked out for by staff, if its hotel policy, then hotel staff should be on it!

Lovely Hotel hard working staff in the Dining room very polite. The waiter Robert in the Bar was excellent at his job he looked after us so well. Didn't go in the pool but pool area was lovely. Had a problem with the safe told reception and Maintenance arrived very quick.
Just missing a kettle in the room
Great location and very clean with great breakfast
Building works going on right beside the rooms so terrible noise from 7:30am - asked to move and seemed to not believe that it was noisy, despite the obvious ! Also electricity went in the hotel as well as the water heating during the stay. Fixed quick enough though
Had a fantastic stay July 2024 very clean lots of variety of food always plenty of choices. Staff very helpful and friendly, extremely clean. Roof topPool very chilled quite vibe, the main pools more lively as in something to watch entertainment ect.
The only side was the stampede for a Sunbed. It’s to be expected to a degree but the beds were all taken with towels that people had but down at 9am when the doors open and pools then gone about there day. Those that got up early had breakfast then went for a bed couldn’t get one.
I liked how much variety was at the breakfast, you were never stuck for choice. The rooms were quite large and spacious and I felt the balcony out the front made it extra enjoyable for myself and my partner.
I found the pool bar was very awkward as they had no cocktails and you had to go indoors, the rooms were cleaned midday so it was a bit awkward trying to go back to the room for a nap.
Excellent breakfast, like really really nice
Bar opens at 10am, impossible to get a decent espresso before that in the hotel
Fabulous hotel, staff and location opposite lots of bars and restaurants beach literally round corner
Situation was very good. Staff very friendly.
Seating needs to be updated. Food good but needs to be hotter.
The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to start the day, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, although it doesn’t leave you with any over-the-top emotions. It’s simple and straightforward, delivering exactly what you expect without any major issues.
Great location, hotel immaculate and food excellent
Breakfast, roof top pool area, hotel is in centre of Salou. Easy check in. City tax was included in my booking.
Good location
I arrived late to the hotel ( approximately 23.30 ) due to my flight being delayed , I requested a late check out on my departure date but i was informed this was not possible and I would have to check out at 12 noon .I found this completely unsatisfactory and the staff on reception unwilling to help with my request which was made two days in advance of my departure.I had to wait in the lobby for 6 hours until my taxi arrived.
Great choice of foods at buffet.Something for everyone. Good bar prices. Very good entertainment nightly. Lovely large pool area. Very friendly staff especially at the bar/poolside service.
Could have had an extra toaster at breakfast as very busy. Mugs also instead of cups and teapots as teabags & water wasted on refills. Great location. Fantastic promenade for runners and walkers.
Location, adults only, food reasonable choice, but too much pork. Great cocktails.
Dated, needs a refresh. Rooms could be cleaned better, lots of dust under beds.
I liked the location, service and the facilities
The fact that you didn’t supply any Ironing board and tea making facilities in each room was very disappointing.
Everything in the hotel was excellent, staff extremely good all round, everywhere was kept spotless. Food choices were very good and always replenished quickly.
The size of the room was fine, but a little tight between the twin beds at the end and the dressing table, barely enough room to wheel a case thru. But apart from that we were very pleased with the level of comfort and the cleanliness.
Overall, the hotel was of an average standard. The breakfast was very nice and had a good selection of food. All of the staff we came into contact with were very friendly. The reception area is clean and well maintained. The hotel is also in a great central location with plenty of local restaurant options to choose from.
Please shower with caution as our shower had a tendency to cycle between lukewarm water, to freezing cold and then to scalding hot. We reported this issue to reception who sent a maintenance worker out to "fix" the issue, however, the issue was not resolved at all. One of the suggestions from a staff member was to simply shower before 4pm, outside of peak hours, as the issue was caused by too many guests taking a shower at the same time. After reading the reviews, it seems that a few people have previously mentioned this issue and the hotel have responded each time saying that the problem has been resolved, however, this is clearly not the case. The cleanliness of the room didn't match that of a 4 star hotel. The floor seemed rather dirty on arrival and little areas such as inside the bed side drawers were dirty. It almost felt like the room hadn't been properly cleaned in between guests. We were happy with the standard of the housekeeping each day, but felt that the cleaning in between guests should be a bit more thorough. It was also a shame to see how many sunbeds were being reserved despite multiple signs around the hotel stating that the reserving of sun beds is not allowed. This makes it almost impossible to get a space at the pool and it seems that the hotel are doing nothing about this. A large proportion of sun beds are also situated in the shade, and although this is not something that can be changed, if you enjoy relaxing by the pool in the sun then this hotel probably isn't the best option for you. The pool area was one of the biggest disappointments as the lack of sunbeds/space made the area feel very cramped and uncomfortable. We often went to the beach to relax as the hotel swimming pool area was not the most inviting and enjoyable environment.
Swimming pool with waterfalls! And view from the top roof.
The noise on the street.
