Swimming pool cold as very overlooked by high buildings

It would be good hotel for those who like to stay near the town of Salou

I loved everything about The Da Vinci especially the staff all whom were brilliant big mention to Rafe nd Rueben at pool side bar nd Juan nd to the men who cleaned the pool area rigorously morning nd evening nd lifeguards I've never seen a pool area so clean it was spotless this was our first time to choose this Hotel nd we will be coming back fabulous stay highly recommend it Well done to all staff friendly helpful accommodating people ?

I think it would be beneficial to customers nd to your hotel if there was snacks toasties etc served at the bar for lunch only buffet lunch available which doesn't suit everyone

Outside road noise

The hotel is located not far from the beach. As such it’s pretty basic. We stayed there just one night on the way to Port Aventura. The rooms are basic. We got a studio, which was ok for one night. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok for one night, with fried eggs and pancakes.

The room was comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast and dinner options were plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again (out of season) if the opportunity arises.

After dinner we had to pay for coffee at the bar as it wasn't included with the buffet.The coffee from the machine at breakfast didn't taste very nice.

I came with my sister we had a great time hr food was good staff friendly room was comfortable will come back hr loved it

I can't find much just 1 thing no English channels on the tv that would have been nice

Great hotel. Clean and modern. Rooms were big and comfortable and cleaned daily. 4min walk to the beach. Ideal location

Minor issue. No toilet at the pool, had to go inside and walk down ear reception for the toilet. But hotel is too nice for this to be an issue

Location was perfect for us. Good selection of food at breakfast and Dinner.

The room balcony was tiny bearly enough room for 1 person. While our sheets were changed there was what looked like blood stains on the sheet on my side.

Staff seemed very miserable. Coffee cups in room but no coffee or tea sachets. Lacking in toiletry extras in bathroom. No pool towel hire available.Felt like staff will be happy to close up shop at season end!

Big bedrooms, very clean, nice pool area, superb location.

Food was not always hot but there were microwave ovens to use to heat it up. Entertainment was similar most nights so a bit more variety would have been good.

Very nice hotelThis was a lovely hotel, very conveniently located. The apartment was very well appointed. Food was varied and plentiful. The clientele overall were more mature than usual. The more relaxed atmosphere suited us and was a factor when deciding where to stay

A very public confrontation with the maitre’d could have been avoided had we been made aware of the procedure for buying drinks. I was quite surprised in a hotel this size I only found one toilet throughout the entire public areas. We had to go back from the pool, wet, into reception. The main reason we won’t be returning (and this is only a personal view) was access to the pool is only via ladders. Given the clientele, it would benefit from some access steps.

Food is amazing

The restaurant is a bit like a dining room, it would be wonderful to be able to have breakfast and dinner outside. But in principle, good waiters and delicious varied food reduces this small weak point.

Location, cleanliness, staff were very helpful when accommodating our bicycles.

No Netflix. Soap holder over bath is very sharp. I hurt my arm a few times. Entertainment notice board not in good view for guests.

The pool area not very "exotic" trees instead of palms but that's the way it was all around.
