Hotel Tolosa

Was a 30 min walk to the theme park. Tidy breakfast. Not a far walk to restaurants and beach.

The location was great. The staff was also very nice

The beds were quite uncomfortable.

Amazing location. Hotel looked like it had just been refurbished over the last couple of years. Kept a very high standard. Only a two star but should be higher exceptional value, great shower. Amazing stuff and a great location for the old town.

Can’t really say much didn’t really find anything to dislike.

The Air conditioning aimed straight at my bed, so I couldn't leave it on during the night or I might have gotten a cold.

The breakfast could be more varied, e.g. with cucumbers and lettuce

The bathroom doesn't have any vent, the room too small and no table

Room so small you couldn't swing a cat in it, bed absolutely awful if u have back problems, they will be worse after that bed. No balcony, no fridge, maids start cleaning very early so no sleep in. No we're to hang beach towels etc. Location too far from anything. Over priced for what you get.

The staff were nice and very helpful. The breakfast was alright aswell, nice variety and good coffee.

We booked a doubleroom and based the decision off the pictures we saw but when we got to the room, we saw that the room was completely different from the pictures. When talking to the reception about this they said that the pictures was of a bigger room that you get if you book a room for 3 people. Not a good response since we paid for what we saw. The walls are paper-thin. We could hear everything, and I literally mean everything. We heard the elevator, we heard the neighbours talking, we heard keys rattling from outside when someone wanted to unlock their rooms.

Perfect location. Easy to get to from Reid airport by taxi. Lovely friendly staff. Room very comfortable and kept clean. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and enjoy. Close to beach and other hotels so able to meet up with my family. Mercadona close by!

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Couldn't quite get the air con right!

The hotel is lovely-- basic, yes, but very clean, convenient, and comfortable. All staff were kind and easygoing. I really liked the neighbourhood, it has nice cafés and shops nearby, but still a short walk to the sea. Ideal for those who want to keep a distance from the most touristic side of Salou. The coffee in the mornings was very nice too, and I appreciated the staff preparing it and bringing it to the table. If I'm ever in Salou again, I would return to this hotel.

I have no real complaints, but would note that breakfast is quite basic and the toiletries provided are minimal. Wasn't a problem for me, but just worth noting. There are supermarkets within a couple of minutes walking for any toiletries etc needed.

A very clean, comfortable hotel, not far from Platja Levant. In a more authentic Spanish area. Lovely staff & a nice breakfast.

The room was rather on the small side.

Staff were super helpful. We had an air conditioning unit that didn't work in our room and the late night receptionist was very helpful and moved us to a new room straight away. She also went out of her way to get us extra pillows. Breakfast was plentiful with excellent variety of meats, cheese, cereal, bread, cakes, juice etc.

Faulty air con but problem was resolved quickly.
