the front deskshould welcome you with more information about propertyand rulesas examples we arrived before 3 we check in and waited for the room So we went to restaurant downstairs and were send back up to pay Even woman can take money for drinks thereAbout pool upstairs we learnt from other guests Yes later i found the screen behind the front deskWe went up and again send down And no one told us no notice on bed that additional bedding is hiding in basket As result my husband got cold and now is very sick The other hotel stuff looks miserable except the cleaning ladies We greet them in the morningHotel decor and remodeling is tastefully done but no place to hide underwear All must be in display on shelf or in language We stayed 2 night I am writing this to improve it Have the tv somewhere else and not behind someone I feel uncomfortable this way and weekly program is written in small letters / hard to read from distance/Also no info about bikes if the front desk has no time or knowledge have the info hanging on door or in binder in room And the lazy front desk can sayAll info is in room how to use hoteliers

I liked: the location, the room, bed, bathroom, terrace, staff, restaurant, food.

Airconditionig was too loud.

The hotel was excellent ? The staff were friendly The food was also good We plan to visit soon.

Location, location, location.The room, sea view from the room and balcony and from different places in hotel foyer, . friendly staff, cleanliness was excellent, access to buses nearby, and the beach on the doorstep of the hotel. Buffet. Pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Watching the sunset from nearby.

I would have liked it if there were more tourist leaflets/ information available in foyer, in English, more information about local walks etc.That there was no tea/ coffee available after dinner. There was no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea/ coffee.

the room was dirty, never cleaned even after I asked for it to be "cleaned" for the second time. The floor was never washed and so was the sink. When I arrived in the room there were no towels. The restaurant was not clean, the table was always full of crumbs from previous customers and so were the chairs. Hotel parking with very few paid spaces available and parking in the area practically non-existent. Very disappointing. Too bad because the structure itself is not bad.

Beautiful room interior, great bathroom! Beaches are clean and picturesque, water is clear. Good restaurants nearby. The hotel has pool tables! Breakfast is 4/5.

No place to unload the car in front of the hotel. We had to double park on a narrow street, unload, go to reception and wait for the whole check in procedure and only then get the parking pass (the parking is not far but elsewhere), than my boyfriend had to rush to properly park the car. Pretty stressful.

Everything was super: a gorgeous view from the room, the sea just steps away, delicious food, excellent staff, plenty of space, everything was clean. We had a perfect weekend!

I was really pleased with this Hotel,I asked for a sew view and it was perfect. The hotel has a nice gym, plenty of sun loungers , kept very clean staff very friendly. I slept very well as it was nice and quiet, I loved the coastly walk to Salou it has a lot of steps and uneven ground at times but worth it,

The evening meal was very busy , whereas the lunch was much more relaxed.

Fantastic panorama and great (quiet) location. The beach is nice, the room is comfortable and we liked the terrace. The food is a bit boring, but not bad.

The soundproofing of the rooms is not the best, but we were lucky, our neighbours were not noisy.

The room was well decorated, it has a great sea view from the balcony, a great pool area, and Salou has a lot going on. Restaurants, clubs, beaches, water sports, amusement park, souvenir shops, etc. It seems like a popular vacation spot.

The bathroom smelled like a sewer and the AC did not work which only made matters worse. I went to the front desk to let them know. They did not offer any money back but they had a room they could have moved us to on the 2nd floor. We paid for the sea view so the 2nd floor was not meeting our expectations. We decided to stay in the same room and control the odors with deodorizers but it did not help much because the smell was so strong. The room has a fridge but no microwave and no kettle so it makes it difficult to make your own meals. There is a restaurant downstairs which is expansive so we ended up going to town for meals. Another irritant is that they only have one wheelchair parking spot available and it is a the bottom of the hill. Aren't these supposed to be by the door??? How is a person with a disability supposed to climb the hill with luggage, shopping bags, etc.? There is a door near that handicap parking spot leading to the pool area but they lock the door in the evening so it defeats the purpose. On the balcony, they have these bright lights which attracts bugs at night. It would not be so bad if they had screen doors to prevent bugs from getting into the room but it is not the case. Overall, I would go back to Salou but not to this hotel unless there is a change in management and customer support.

Beautiful beach location away from the busyness of Salou centre, which is a 35min walk or 10 minute bus ride away. Bus stop 2 min walk from the hotel. Direct buses to Salou centre, Potraventura World and Barcelona from here. Small beach located at the foot of the hotel with an incredible view at sunset. Friendly staff, clean hotel and good value for money in my opinion. Would stay again.

There's not much to do in this location, but if you are looking for an area a little quieter, then this is for you. Only ate here for breakfast, usual buffet style, plenty of options but nothing special taste wise. There are a few restaurants nearby but better heading into Salou centre for more variety. However, I would recommend a Mexican restaurant called Mex & Co for some awesome tacos ?

The location is great, the view is picturesque, the beach is just 100 m away, the food was good, the pool was comfortable and the staff was nice

Very crowded especially in the dinning room and at the pool, no drinks (even water!) are included in launch or dinner, very bad coffee, sometimes there were strong smells of sweat and wet rag in the room after cleaning, poor and monotonous breakfast
