Great hotel overall, it's designed for kids, so you should expect kid-related characteristics.Rooms are well sized, a lot of swimming pools, and dedicated areas for small children ( 0-3y old ).Food is ok, can't expect 3-star michelin experiences on a half-board setup...

Parking was quite expensive, 18 euros per day

Brilliant staff, clean room with AC, 3 pools - 2 of them are mini-water parks, our children were delighted. A variety of delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner, knockout deserts). A cozy location, you have the most beautiful bay in the area.

Just one thing, we traveled in the end of September, so water in the pool was a bit cold, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying it.

Hotel and Apartments were perfect. The apartments were comfortable, clean and had all that we needed for 2 young children. (2 yrs and 4 months) Great selection of food in the buffet for breakfast. Splash park was a great hit for our little girl - very clean and safe! Wonderful pools and entertainment for kids every evening!Local bus into town can be gotten at the top of the road. Very accessible, no stress holiday!

Lovely hotel with good food and facilities. All staff were friendly, kind and patient with my child who has additional needs. We were there during the national power cut and the hotel staff were so professional and they still managed to provide hot food etc. We will definitely be returning there.

It would be good to have more vegetarian options and a kettle in the bedrooms.

The room was comfortable enough, it was lucky that we had a small kitchen - it is necessary with a child!Balcony, bathroom, bed - everything was good!It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the sea, the beaches nearby are completely different, so the choice is up to you

The fact that there was not even a small bottle of water upon arrival - but are shops nearby

The hotel is very nice . The stuff and entertainment team were very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the animation program, especially our child loved mini disco . The dinner was great, with a big variety of dishes, fresh vegetables and fruits. There is a beautiful beach 3 minutes from the hotel and the other one around 10 minutes on foot.

There are almost no vegetables on breakfast, only tomato cherries. It would be great to add more vegetables :)

Only really bright point is food, chefs are excellent.

Hotel really need renovation. Rooms are old, we got apartment which was divided from other with wooden door, it was like we have quests from other room in our apartment, bathroom not clean, to be precise found lot of hair of previous quests close to shover, inside pool is really small and gym is really pathetic.

Entire hotel was wheelchair accessible.

Room was cleaned every day and the cleaning staff were very friendly and polite.

No information on the area in the room. In relation to breakfast very good variety but don't understand why you cannot take a croissant from the breakfast area to your room to have for later with a your tea/coffee, especially when it was paid for.

The room was spacious and the beds a good size but the mattress's were a little hard. Drink prices were very reasonable and not overpriced like some hotels. The staff were excellent throughout in the restaurant, bar and reception. Buffet food was excellent for a Spanish hotel and everything you could want for breakfast. Two very large pools which looked lovely. It is a very family oriented hotel which we knew about so no problem but at the time of year we went it was mainly babies and toddlers. As a couple we would not go in high season but chose it for the location and convenience of half board whist travelling home to Southern Spain.

The pool was very cold so could have been heated in mid September. Parking quite expensive considering the high price of the hotel. Entertainment was very average. Walk in showers rather than a bath would have been better.

The evening entertainment was good in parts and not good in others. Karaoke was not good.

We loved the pool with the slides, the entertainment was great, could do abit more entertainment pool side where the slides are for the younger children. We missed abit of the entertainment during the day as we couldn't find what was on and what times. Breakfast was great,

The thing we didnt like the most was the dinner selection It wasn't the greatest and we ate out for the rest of the holiday.One of the slides was very hard for the children to gondown they kept getting stuck. Would be best to maybe look over it and fix the problem.

Pool and facilities are great, there are plenty of toilets available every single corner of hotel which is defo handy for kids. Staff are welcoming and ready to help, we had a late flight back and were allowed to enjoy the pool post check out, we were even given extra towels

Food has some limitations for adults, in the other hand its great to kids. Cleaning could’ve been a bit better under the beds.

Great facilities, big room, lots of activities, great food in the hotel. Location is great, near the sea.

Crowded hotel. Bad thing that every outdoor area is a smoking area, travel with kids mean they will be inhaling smoke :(.

Pool area, plenty to keep our two kids busy. Kids club reps very friendly. Range of food available at Buffet

Our room was very close to where the bins were being collected / emptied and deliveries which was very loud and woke us early 6/ 6.30am most morning
