    Pros +

    • Great rooms, clean, nice staff, rich menu for breakfast and dinner.A great price for what's included. You can walk to Port aventura about 10 minutes, which is about the same time that it takes to walk from the park's parking.
    • Hotel is 15min walk to the beach.Has 2 pools (the one indoor is rather small).Restaurant and bar options.Elevators.Small fridge in the room.
    • Good location. Good pool facilities.

    Cons -

    • The only problem was that there was no way to make coffee in the room or buy it early in the morning, and we had to wait and go to the dining room for breakfast in order to drink our coffee (we really needed one when we woke up with young kids)
    • Hotel is rather overcrowded, so there is always a queue to the restaurant.Buffet options are versatile for each taste, but the biggest disappointment is quality of food (a lot of products were not fresh and are being "reused" from one day to another, yogurt frozen in the freedge, veggies are overdried, watermelon was spoiled) - this was the case for breakfasts as well as dinner we have included in our stay. It is something to address to the hotel. The walls are rather thin, so if there is a bit more noisy neighbours - it can be heard pretty well.Indoor pool with a spa - disappointing as by the time that lids were not supposed to be in the pool and you suppose to have relaxed time, noone from personnel was there to control it.Hammam (steam room) was not working.
    • Poor communication with staff. Queues were outrageous for everything especially dinners which we never even had because they were so bad.Our door would not lock and they failed to fix it or move us for the whole week and there was a leak in the bathroom from the room upstairs, these issues were reported numerous times.

    Entertainment staff were excellent

Queues too long to get into restaurant and to get some foods

    8ReinisPosted on: 10-26-2024

The best food from my 18 country experience. Fresh and good customer service. Clean. A bit 2000 feeling. Liked live music and animators.

Please bring swimming hat because indoor pool use only hats, 3€ each. Inside pool is cold and full or kids. You need to wait on long queue cause same men count hosts and show to each person table. That takes time and you need wait on queue longer needed.

    Beautiful and clean

Noise in corridors and towels taking up sun beds

    9EliavPosted on: 10-21-2024

Large rooms, great breakfast, nice facilities. They had lots of activities like live show at the evening and nice water games.

The check-in lady was not patient.Hotel parking is for an extra payment

Hotel was very nice pool was lovely and room was very nice

    Food was nearly always cold.

    8AndrasPosted on: 10-14-2024

we had great time with our families, our kids enjoyed the daily mini-disco, which was fun as well as the pool areas both inside and outside :)

the variety of the dinner could be wider, I would have expected some more seafood, and paellas, also the quality of the fish also were not so great. the water temperature of the indoor pools could be warmer.

Loved the entertainment Location was great Beds were comfy Felt safeHalloween decs were brill Left full review on Google

No coffee, tea, hot chocolate or bottled water in the room. Pools were great however freezing cold maybe heated pools for this time of year would be good.

Room was comfortable. Pool was clean and lively. Entertainment was good

3 guests in room but only towels for 2 and only 2 beds made up.

    10PatPosted on: 9-15-2024

Great location for the theme park and main town

Sun bed wars but it calmed down after the school kid families went home

    10JessicaPosted on: 9-7-2024

Rooms clean and comfortable Staff super lovely

    Good location for parks

    8KarlyPosted on: 9-4-2024

size, pool, food range, drinks range, pool view from room, great sleep as couldn’t hear noise from corridors/above etc, great cleaner … kids entertainment great and pool activities good

no atmosphere at any of the bars - blank, task and finish mentality (staff not making it happy place etc)… could make so much more of their bars as they’re a good size…. sun-bed availability - should have enough sun-beds per adult guest.

    8OharaPosted on: 9-3-2024

Pool area, dining room clean, plenty of choice with food and waiting staff very helpful, main reception staff always pleasant and helpful over all not my first time to stay and will do again .

Fix the tiles in the lifts looks bad.

    8PaulinaPosted on: 8-26-2024

The rooms were good size, the additional bed was sofa bed which you could fold and you had extra space in room. The fridge in room was very helpful for water and good airfoil in room.

The pool was overcrowded same with restaurant. The food: breakfast was good, each day the dame but good. Evening meals: a lot of seafood which we are not fun’s. Each night different themes of dinners was good idea but then still a lot of sea food

Location close to shop and beach .Nice pool. Luggage storage . Giood shower .

Reception is the face of the hotel but it didnt show by the staff here. At times it felt hat u interupt them. Not knowing where the bus stop to the airport is and its schedule is a basic knowledge.Food is same every day so prepare. Worst Sangria ever tasted . 4star hotel but needs a bit of update with beds and fridges in the room.

Great pool, dining area lovely if outside or in conservatory.

Main eating area far too crowded with people queuing for food literally at your table. Slides had min height req of 1.3m which I wasn’t aware of on booking meaning two of my three children couldn’t access them.

    7CamilaPosted on: 8-13-2024

    Entertainment was absolutely amazing.

No enough sunbeds, people queuing at 7.30 am and running to get sunbeds every day. Absolutely terrible. Hard beds.
