Very good value for money. Comfortable and well maintained hotel. Room more than adequate with pool view balcony. Walk in shower was fantastic with instant hot water. A very good stay

No remote for TV in room. Maybe available at reception although I didn't check as was rarely in. Definitely wouldn't mark down my score for such a small matter. No complimentary shower gel etc.

Clean facilities, comfortable beds, 24h reception, decent public space, nice swimming pool and good location. Good for occasional tourists for a weekend or week long stay.

Not much suited for work stays or one night stays, which i acknowledge is not the customer target of the hotel. I booked with my friends to sleep on a Saturday before a cycling race taking place in Salou (Mussara) and couldn't sleep until 23:30 when the very loud music/concert in the swimming pool stopped. They did prepare a breakfast for 6.50€ at 6:00 for the cyclists in the hotel as there were many but the offer was very poor (only coffee machines and industrial bakery products. Nothing cooked, no staff present).I understand being a "minority" group in the hotel which of course has many other guests with other preferences! But for next year i recommend the hotel either warning cyclist customers (if they raise it as i did) about the loud music until past 23 and the simple breakfast or trying to address those two points on this night every year if they want to attract more event customers.

I only stayed there 1 single night as emergency until another hotel could accommodate my need for a full week. The hotel is in a good area, is fairly clean as well, but the room itself, the halls, the lifts, the bathrooms, the whole building itself is outdated.

The tringle shaped bathtub had a hole in it (and bulged with some white silicone), the rooms don't have a TV remote when you arrive, you need to go downstairs and ask for it at the reception, the soap dispensers wasn't filled up, the matress on the bed seen better days and lastly the aircon system needs a deep clean. As soon as it turns on it blows some air, smells like you in a library or in a museum.

Uncomfortable bed, like really bad I’ve never witnessed before and on this trip I’ve stayed in 19 hotels in some of the worst places in Europe.The breakfast was terrible cold eggs uncooked sausage plaster falling off the wall in the room, no air conditioning which is fine some don’t have but also no fan?. All excusable at the right price but this wasn’t cheap at all for one night

I’m not usually too harsh at reviews and always try my best to find more good things than bad but this was probably the most uncomfortable hotel i’ve stayed at . I liked Nothing . apart from the blonde lady that checked me out she was lovley . i liked the location

I had to book a last minute stay under unfortunate circumstances. I was by myself and apon checking in took them 20 minutes and was asked about 3 times am i actually alone ?? why would i lie , it made me so uncomfortable. This hotel is impossible to sleep at due to the thin walls . I was on the same floor as 200 students on a school tour constantly banging , screaming stomping up the stairs till all hours of the night and morning. Didn’t get one good sleep . On my second day there i was running myself a bath and a man barged into my room ? and told me to take care when showering as the water is leaking downstairs ? how can u walk into my room first of all without permission .. what if i had no clothes on ? i felt so anxious to be in my room after that knowing someone can just walk in . and how is it my problem the water is leaking ? fix it then ? am i supposed to not shower? . There needs to be better ventilation system as whenever i shower it steams up the entire room fogs up windows/mirrors everything !! it turns the entire room into a sauna . the biggest complaint is just the noise of the hotel . couldn’t wait to check out and have a good nights sleep . it would have been quieter to sleep on the streets on a saturday night than inside this room .

Breakfast was bad, not much to choose for gluten intolerant person. Very messy breakfast area.Rooms need upgrades, very old.

Very nice helpful staff. Lovely pool area. The breakfast was ok and because we were leaving early on our last day we were given a very nice packed breakfast.

Although the foyer and reception area are very nice, corridors could do with an upgrade. My main concern was quite a few of the glass partions between the balconies were broken. Not a great look.
