Wrost ever stay this hotel maybe. First day we choose from booking. Com deluxe double. But when we checked in at hotel, we got the room was apartment type. One bed room one washrom, living room, kitchen also. But I can't expect this room. It seemed like a Bangla wrost hotel. The bed in the room was wooden, it was such a hard bed, from the dirt to the spit of water. What about room amenities, toiletries, all the products of street hotels. There was only one towel on him. I called the reception so we don't have laundry shorts. I mean I was shocked to hear that. I have gone to take service as a guest. They are telling me their internal problems. I went for breakfast in the morning and the items were very few. There was chicken with moong dal. Means the level of oil on the dal, it seemed like it could be dipped. I asked the waiter to ask the chef to reduce the oil, he told me that it will have oil. Staff addressing guests as brothers. I was literally speechless. Stayed in many hotels in the country and abroad. My booking.com category is genius level. I've seen more budget hotels, but I've never had this level of bad experience.

Good value for money if you are I a group or with family

Fixtures and fittings could do with a revamp somewhere with faulty. Air Conditioning only in the bedroom.

The breakfast need to improve with more items. The staffs were cooperative. The place was central position and suitable for eating out / restaurant and shopping as well.

Avoid it. The bed are not cozy. It makes sound. Very old furniture.

I booked a deluxe couple room, but they are very helpful and give a higher price executive couple room with the same price. Thanks to the admin of richmond sylhet.

Considering everything such as location, Cleanliness, staff's behaviour it was awesome. Specially the food taste of it's restaurant and the city view from the connecting walkway was eye-catching.

When I went to the hotel and showed the booking confirmation, the hotel authorities told me that they could not give me a room at booking.com's price. I made many requests to them but they did not keep any of my requests. So I forced myself to book a room at Hotel Grand Mustafa again with the help of booking.com website again. Currently I am staying at the hotel grand mostofa.

Staffing is so good.room size is comfortable. Wash room so clean

Nothing is good here. Staff are useless. Not clean. No good breakfast. Booked for 3 days on arrival. They cancelled it on day 2 and needed to go to another hotel. Everything is cheap and I don't recommend

I didnot like Unclean washroom. I also disliked poor service & without key furnitures, without light kitchen.

I had a disappointing experience at Richmond Hotel Sylhet. While the service staff were commendable, the reception and management team fell short. My room, falsely advertised as a 7-person unit, lacked proper accommodation for the 6th person. To make matters worse, they insisted on charging for a pullout bed, justifying it with the excuse of a recent refurbishment and the unit was a 5 person unit and the oversight to not update the unit on booking.com. Management's poor service is a red flag—better to steer clear of this establishment.

Location was good for the shopping

The bathroom was stained and the bath tub was so old the plastic started to peel. The walls was stained and smeared. There was a bad smell throughout the all the roomsThe food was so poor especially the breakfast.Waiter dropped the drink all over the floor, accidents do happen but rather than being apologetic he started to curse the other member of staff and was rude.
