The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple and nice.

All good. Very comfortable bed. Excellent cleaning. White, stain-free sheets. Excellent place to get to know the region. The staff, Momen and Rajon, were always helpful and friendly.

Clean and comfortable room in Sylhet - within walking distance of the train station and bus terminal. The staff helped to organise a tuktuk driver to Khadimnagar National Park and Ratargul Swamp Forest which worked out well for us as our driver was reliable and honest. We liked that you could order room service and eat at a table inside the apartment. Breakfast was really nice too.

The rooms could use a repaint as the paintwork was flaking.

The rooms were big and bed was super comfortable. The 2 staff that were there were very accommodating, polite and nothing was too much.

Breakfast served was good but could have done with more choice.

- there could be more light in the room. No lamp really under the ceiling- Power failure from time to time- too many mosquitoes in the room. kept waking me up and I slept badly. An electric fly swatter would have been obligatory here! had to search for 9 mosquitoes in one night alone, which kept me awake again and again- 1 cockroach in the room- The food we ordered in the evening was only mediocre. The portions could have been bigger. For the same price in the restaurant you get more meat, for example

The hotel room and washroom were great, but the overall facilities were disappointing. The hotel management was also unfriendly, which really affected the experience. Not the best stay overall.

The room came with a balcony as requested. It had a nice and cozy vibe.

The only room available with a balcony was right next to the reception. There was no soundproofing so it was a bit noisy inside because of people moving around the reception.

Modern, neat and tidy also the colour scheme felt cosy. Happy with the bathroom size, hot water available.

For 2 person staying only 1 large towel, when requested they don't have any more. The bathroom door hard to open and close, squeaks a lot. Could do with more rails to hang clothes and shelves for toileteries.Also could do with a mirror next to the dresser to get ready.I wanted 2 nights instead of 1 I discussed with the staff he misunderstood me. After requesting I wrote on the paper when I want to check out but did not advice me to book it online, I assumed he would check and could book it manually himself.Breakfast available, no options just paratha with dhal and potatoe curry and an omelette. Tea also available to help ourselves with during breakfast.

I booked a room from 14th to 16th at Yatra flagship branch in Sylhet. I really liked their environment. I was very tired and I needed a quiet environment where I could relax a lot. I got that kind of atmosphere when I went to Jatra Flagship. Their rooms were very tidy and clean. Mr. Asad is a very helpful man. I couldn't go out because of the rain. He brought me a CNG from Mainroad, I am thankful to him. I asked him to call me at 5 o'clock the next day, he called me right on time. Thank you Asad.

Living in jatra Flagship is a different story, because I am always in this jatra, for their services. They have several branches in Bangladesh, I have been to 2 already. I really like their environment and service. Even when I came to Sylhet, I got same service.

Apartments turned into hotel just like Airbnbs in other countries. Very cost effective and comfortable stay. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Always remain in touch over phone and physically. However, this property is only for staying. One should not expect hotel amenities here.

Nothing there not to like.

I came to Bangladesh after searching a lot and found Jatra Flagship Sylhet. I really like their service and experience. They both serve there and you will find both of them all the time. They gave me an umbrella and a pair of slippers as I couldn't go out for which I really liked. You can stay here if you come to Sylhet. But finding their hotel is a little difficult, if you go through google location it will be easy. Other than that everything is very good.

I am an Argentinian citizen. I came to Bangladesh to see the image of the people of Bangladesh with Argentina's football. And for living in Bangladesh I prefer Jatra Flagship Sylhet. Their service was very nice. Mr. Asad is a very nice man, he understood my image very easily, because my English is not that good, but he understood what I wanted to tell him very easily, I liked it. Jatra Flagship Sylhet was booked by my son from London. I like this hotel very much because their service is very good and their rooms are very clean and tidy. Most of all I like their staff. They are helping me in many ways. For example, I didn't have any Bangla money and my credit card was not working. Then Asad gave me maximum support in this matter, thank you very much. I booked a room at Jatra Flagship Sylhet few days ago, and yesterday I stayed there. I like everything about them. Like their room, room decoration, staff, environment everything. I look at all their floors, I like it very much. But they should change the televisions, because this manual television is not suitable in this quality hotel. Like their televisions are not smart. But the behavior of their staff is very good especially Asad bhai. He is a very helpful man, that's because I left my electronic device in the room during check-out, Asad bhai called me and delivered it to the main road. I like all these things very much.

I am an Italian citizen, I booked a room at Hotel Flagship Sylhet from Italy. I wanted to go to the country and live in a place where I could live on my own terms. I was very worried at first about how the hotel would be. But after visiting the hotel I liked it a lot. I got exactly what I wanted. I have requested my friend to stay in this hotel when they come to Sylhet, because I like their service very much. I used to come to the hotel after many nights, they always opened the gate for me, I annoyed them a lot, but they always gave me service. I like the fact that they never get bored. jatra Flagship Sylhet is a very good hotel in Sylhet city in low budget. Other hotels do not provide such services within this budget. At first glance, you'll think it's a house. You can't understand how beautiful their rooms are until you see them. Their environment is very peaceful. You can relax after a long day's work, absolutely noise free, which you will not find in other hotels. Their manager Asad Bhai is a very helpful man. I couldn't go out because of the rain, he took me to the car with an umbrella. Those who go to Sylhet for official work can keep this hotel in their wish list.
