Pros +
- Location is at main market place
- location of hotel was okay. staff was okay.
- Waste of money
Cons -
- Female receptionist was very rude . She was like we came there for free . Uneducated girl. Very unprofessional .
- comfort was bad. no cleanliness. very bad quality of room.
- Everything. The walls were dirty, room was damp, blankets were smelling, set-up box was missing, no hot water in the washroom even though the hotel insisted. Tea cups were broken and hot water (for drinking) wasn't hot. Booking.com confirmed complementary breakfast but the hotel refused, insisting that they received no such request from the website. The hotel is too overpriced considering the facilities they are providing.Overall we were satisfied with nothing and disappointed with everything. Only the prepayment compelled us to stay for two days.

Room was good.
Its winter and that's obvious that guest would need hot water. And they didn't have geyser in their bathroom. Thats a big loop hole.
