Location

Pathetic service, particularly by the Reception Staff in respect of pick up from the Railway Station - the car didnt report and we were advised to take an auto rickshaw to the hotel. Further, I had booked a taxi from the hotel which was changed without any intimation time us and the driver was arrogant and misbehaved with us.

Value for money, good food, location is near to Station, big rooms

The complimentary breakfast was the worst. The staff at breakfast management where very rude. We could not get the complete breakfast for what we paid as for complimentary.Sometimes the fruit isn't available, sometimes we have to eat with whatever is leftover available. No omlet on 2nd & 3rd day.The worst place to eat.Worst place to book with complimentary breakfast.Not a good place for family to stay and eat But it may be OK for bachelor stay.

Nothing except location

The room firstly offered was very bad and after my complaint they offered me other room but it was apparent that hotel staff was cleverly managing the things. Next day the room cleaning was done but towel was not changed. It shows highest level of carelessness on the part of house keeping and hotel management as well. Very poor impression !

I like the call from reception before my check in date and time.Also Mr Nikhil in the morning at 4.30 am helped me to pick up from station with well behaved driver and a very good car.Thanks for the same Room service was excellent.

Rooms are good , location is great & so is the staff and check in process. Only the bath room has to improved.

The room was pretty big. It had two big windows with sunlight coming in. It had a sofa, a laptop working table and they also provided electric kettle. The reception staff, house keeping staff are very courteous and helpful and they even provided me a pair of new bathroom slippers even when I dd nt ask for it. Really impressed by the hospitality. The check in and check out was also smooth.

In the first day of my stay, I noticed the room service people not wearing masks and not covering the food which was delivered to my room. On complaining, they took the matter seriously and complied untill I checked out. Although I appreciate the compliance, I doubt whether it is followed strictly and seriously in all cases. The bathroom is pretty huge, ventilated and well maintained but the bathing space does not have anything which can be held to while taking a bath to prevent from slipping and falling down. It is pretty risky especially for senior citizens as the floor becomes quite slippery. There is no exhaust fan which means the drying of the floor is even slower. They must provide wipers in every bathroom so that one can drain the water immediately after taking a bath. The hotel should take immediate note of this and fix a steel bar on the wall next to the bathing space. Also fix exhaust fan for faster drying, check the sloping for immediate drainage of water and provide wipers in every bathroom so that guests can help themselves, if required.Thirdly, the food is pretty costly which can be revised down to a significant extent. Atleast food which is commonly ordered by guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner can be made cheaper so that the hotel can earn revenue than guests paying to Swiggy or Zomato.

The in room services like Complimentary tea, coffee, bottled water etc were not readily available, they were made available only when asked for.

Big cold and empty with mithersome staff and a steady stream of spam emails! Theyd emailed me 4 times between check in and me logging into the WiFi 5 minutes later!

We checked in at 5 pm, yet the rooms didn't seem to have been fully made... Towels, soap, kettle, tea, coffee pouches were not in place

It is one of the best hotel in jabalpur to stay with family. Rooms are very spacious. Cleanliness is appreciable. Staff is very cordial, service is prompt. We had been served delicious food in dinner. Also had a great breakfast. The rate offered was also very competitive. Pick up and drop service to railway station is also provided with reasonable rate. Would like to visit again..

Room was clean and neat. Good value for money. Room service was good.

Breakfast service was not good. No one came to take the order and we had to go the counter to give the order. The staff didn't seem interested in us.

No doubt, the hotel and staffs were very good.

But the cost of meal was very much high, which should not be appreciated. So kindly look into it and try to give all meal as a reasonable price to your customer.
