it's more like a hostel.Very close to railway, that would keep u awake there was a smell in corridors & rooms.we couldn't stay there.

Very pathetic experience this time. Firstly they made us to wait for 3 hrs for check-in. The checkin time was 12 pm and they gave us room at 3:00pm. The reception staff was very I'll mannered asking us "booking lena hai to lijiye warna mt lijiye". All the services were extremely slow including room service and food service. During checkout too they were charging us for the food that were consumed by some other room. Previously it was a very good hotel but now I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Location is easily reachable.

They refused to provide a room, saying that they are overbooked and then falsely claiming that we never arrived at the hotel. I will advise to be beware of the fraud and try to avoid the property.

Nothing please don't go

The staff is worst they frequently change their policies regarding booking and stay as well as check-in.No genuine hospitality management just rude and pathetic.I would say please drop your idea of staying at this place

Bed sheets are dirty as well as pillowes.Room Key does not work for multiple roomsIn their resturant Rats are a common visitor, probable multiple of them since the station is adjusant

They didn’t have the room available although I had a confirmation number.

Very bad behaviour

The receptionist was very rude. The link was not sent for payment and said the same reason the booking was cancelled. We were four females who went to Khumbmela and came in the night and found that the room was being cancelled. In the night at 1 pm, it was such a ruckus for us to find a new room and go. This is not acceptable and action should be taken against him and this hotel.

Good location for station. Central.

We stayed here because I had some work to do, and they advertise their great free wifi. Unfortunately, it's not working. I suspect the router just needed re starting but indifference from staff.Room was tired and needs re-decorating.We asked for a quiet room, but constant station announcements all night kept us awake.

Most of the things in the breakfast menu were not available. The restaurant staff constantly asked us to change orders stating that "preparing something will take time".

Our check in time was 12 noon. We reached the hotel at 4. Even after 4 hours of check in time our room was not ready. We had to sit in the lobby till 5:30. We got our room after one and half hours of reaching the hotel.

Front desk staff was very poor in terms of customer handling and they lied ceaselessly about not picking my 30 calls for making the payment. When I reached there, they said that they had no rooms… absolutely without any regard to the 30 calls I have made since early noon and also during the time I made the booking 3 days ago!

The property is next door to the train station making it extremely handy

It wasn’t clean. The pillows were stained and yellow, the water in the shower only trickled out and the room smelt. Upon my arrival to then hotel at midnight I was told that my reservation has been cancelled as I didn’t get there at 5pm. However I had been messaging the hotel throughout the day telling them my train had been massively delayed and I wouldn’t arrive until very late. They replied and confirmed that it wouldn’t be an issue. After a long conversation they decided they did have a spare room for me after all and then tried to charge me extra money as I didn’t have a reservation for that room. Not a great experience at midnight.

Breakfast was very good. As was dinner. Staff were helpful welcoming.

There was a penetrating smell of diesel. Perhaps from the train station close by.

The location was excellent, literally within the premises of the railway station. The room was spacious and tolerably clean. Bathroom was also reasonably clean.

Starting from the experience at the front desk, staff seemed overwhelmed and incompetent. Basic amenities such as a kettle and tea coffee sachets were missing and required 3 reminders to be provided. Bathroom barely had any hot running water and seemed run down. There wasn't even a bath towel or toothbrush provided.

Close to railway station,was benifit.

Fares differed within a week.I booked same hotel on 12th of October and again on 17th October.Charges were almost 500/-₹ high.

Hotel was very near to Railway Station. Stuffs are helpful. Room was specious and clean. Good hotel to spend 2-3 night if one like to explore Jabalpur

1. Bathroom not enough big and there was a high guard at the middle portion to seperate showers area. Users may stumbled if absent-minded.2. No wardrobe inside room.

Near to Railway station...No need of Taxi to reach.Taxi's are around and easy to reach shopping areas.

No suitable TABLE for using laptops / writing table etc...Toilet cleaning is POOOOOR....It's slippery even after requesting them for cleaning.WiFi always getting disconnected.

Location, Cleanliness and accessibility

Compliments like bath accessories ( could be better ). There was toothpaste, brush. Bed Linen should have changeable blankets (small blanket inside the quilt is recommended which is washable)

Location very close to railway station. Walkable distance.

Bathrooms and glasses were not very clean.
