Disappointing

The food facility at the hotel is very bad. The taste of food is not good. There is only one person who cooks and delivers so it takes a lot of time to get some food. Hotel staff not cooperative and tried to take extra charge for mineral water.

Room service should be improved, Hotel staff first allotted the worst rooms to guests . When guests approach them to allot another room then they will give the right one.

Staff were friendly, and the food was good. Especially the restaurant atmosphere was good, like Cafe

staff english is poor. So sometimes communication was difficult.

Staff was good and cooperative. Service also good.

Toilets could have been more clean.

This is the best stay I have ever had. The staff was very nice, polite and humble. Special thanks to Ankit bhaiya who helped us out with all the arrangements during our stay. He arranged auto for all the students staying there for exam purpose to reach the venue. The food was tasty. It’s a nice play to stay with your friends or family. Just book it without worrying. Again thank you all the staff at sukoon.

everything was good

property area is very small when I booked was shown me 215 sqft . but actual area is half . I will take appropriate legal action against your company for fraud.

Room was not cleaned daily,there was inordinate delay in serving order.Room was not ready at the time of check in.Fabriication work was in progress which was creating heavy noise

While checkin rooms are not ready. We asked them to do as we observed some issues. They rectified all.
