Royal Orbit

Poor service from staff, who did not care about customers requirements. Seems like over worked and under paid. No amenities in the room, such as tea bags etc.

The location and size of the room was good.

Location is very good outside of city

Room maintenance issue room is not clean and service is very poor

It should be called a marriage venue more than a hotel.

The staff were very slow and non responsive. The housekeeping needs to be reminded to clean the rooms.

Room size

Rooms were dirty, we had insects in our room. Couches and curtains haf stain marks. Check-in time was 12pm, until 1:30pm our rooms were not ready. Lastly, they allotted us rooms facing the lawn that had a wedding function taking place. Laser lights and extremely loud music woke us all up. At 11pm we requested them to move us to other rooms which they did but this caused inconvenience to our entire family. At 4am we were woken up again with the noise of about 18-20 people who were apparently sitting in the corridor outside our room chatting and socialising. Worst experience ever.

House keeping not upto the markThe managment should see that any civil work with loud noise should not be done as after 6 pm. It's very disturbing.

good hotel with reasonable price. clean room and good stuffs .

The spacious room was a highlight of my stay, with a beautiful view and comfortable amenities. The breakfast was great!

It would have been perfect if the windows could be opened.

The overall ambience of the hotel and its pleasing architecture.

They don't serve non vegetarian food or alcohol. There is no bar in the hotel. It is a bit far for those who would like to be close to the city.

Location, Check in n Check out very smooth, very very cooperative staff. Food was excellent. The rooms are very big, neat and clean. Very well maintained. Very refreshing stay.

If you don't have your own vehicle, using public transport is a little expensive as the location of this hotel is out of town.

The rooms were big and the resorte was nice along with the food.

Service, staff, food and cleaning

Room was spacious

They were hesitant in giving rooms to couples, even when it is mentioned on their website. I am lucky as I was travelling with my wife

Room size is plus point. Excellent for the group gathering specifically the 3rd floor due to open utility space. Food is excellent.

The gym has no proper ventilation, pool is not usable.

Ambiance is amazing we were not expecting such a nice hotel in Jabalpur. Like the room n interiors as well… overall it was an amazing experience.

Buffet dinner and music and Dr Bose hospitality

Internet booking, front desk and buffet breakfast service very very poor

Location - as this is on Nagpur highway and was well suited to our needs. Great standard compared to Jabalpur hotels and comparable to a standard 4 star or 3 star premier hotels. Photos on website matches actuals which is great!

Linen was stained and completely unclean which was unbecoming of a property charging prices that compete with industry standard hotels in a smaller price competitive city like Jabalpur. Service was excruciatingly slow and lethargic. Health faucet was unclean. Overall service does not match the price or hotel get up. Tea was served cold at the buffet, plates are a shoddy plastic or some lookalike material etc

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please (HN) give your staff awards!

High quality hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. The general manager Gautam went out of his way to make me feel welcome. The restaurant has excellent vegetarian dishes for breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. I would absolutely recommend this place.
