- Everything! The rooms are well thought of, great food options around, amazing service! Location also worked perfectly for us since it was right beside the national highway (this was our night stop while travelling from Bangalore to North East by road).

We had booked two suites, one suite was just like a double room with corridor with no facilities of a suite. We had to argue to get our money reduced. The staff was trying to help but I guess beyond their capacity to do anything about infrastructure. 2nd floor corridor was stinking and our AC was not working properly. The sofa cover was stained, we had to get it shampood before using. . Also the property is not in the city, it's a bit away .

The hotel was nice. The staff was helpful. They gave an early check in to me on request. The bathroom was clean. Room service was good and priced reasonably. Food was good. Overall, a comfortable stay.
The sheets were not fresh and had stains. There was no soap-dish in the shower. The hotel is far from the city and is basically a location for banquets and marriages.
