Don’t stay here. worst hotel I have ever experienced.

I have never met such rude staff. The room was dirty. Grey scratchy towels. Didn’t have contents as advertised eg robes kettle. Had coffee machine but pods not replaced and no milk or sugar. Was advertised to have free parking but parking camera and machine to pay. Staff refused to help or take responsibility. When coach load of people stayed the breakfast was not replenished for those after. Appointment made to speak to manager but no one turned up. Head of reception would not disclose her name and was making communication impossible. “If you don’t like the hotel you can leave” was her comment. 3 other couples were trying to make comments/complaints at the same time as us.

Huge breakfast with everything! The room had a nice size. The views of the mountain. The friendly staff at the front desk.

Thin walls, doors banging loudly. Unfortunate teenage kids going in and out all saturday night and banging the doors. No bueno.

The one lady who was cleaning up after breakfast was extremely friendly. The location was excellent.

Considering it was a 4-star hotel, the facilities didn’t meet the standards. The were no workout facilities and the room was quite basic. The refridgerator in our room wasn’t working. The employees were hard to get to.

Uncomfortable

Room was unbearably hot. Reception staff was not able to do anything about it. Summer weather cannot be a surprise if you run a hotel. Breakfast was understaffed and hence there were no greens or fruits at all, that's what they said. All in all, seemed like management had decided to make the most profit during the peak season regardless of customer comfort.

...the location is great, very close to the centre. The staff were amazing and always happy to help. The room's facilities were top notch (although I have no idea how to use a nespresso machine so the coffee was quite rough, that's my fault though). The breakfast was stunning with an incredible selection.

The only downside I have is that the evening meal selection is extremely limited with only 5 options. Only 2 of which I would eat, but they were both great. I didn't appreciate the walk up the hill (being a fatty :D). Can't really moan at them for me being fat and unfit though, however...

Rooms do not match pictures. We got a 2-star vibe of the room instead of 4 stars as mentioned on Booking.

Quiet location so I had a good night sleep.

No dinner buffet available and no restaurants nearby. Canned beer available at reception but no bar. This is an old property and feels it.

Bathroom was nice and new looking. Hotel was good choise to make a stop with car and sleep overnight.

Clean, tidy, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, good variety, plenty to eat.

Clean, comfy hotel

Breakfast was quite hassle, could be more clearly organized.When we arrived, there weren't parking spots left, but this was swiftly sorted out by the staff.

The room was pretty ok. The hotel is close to the centrum and also nature.

The breakfast was quite a hazard. Tables were dirty, everything was finished and the staff couldn't keep it up in pace. I sat in the dirty table, ate with spoon my bacons and lend my apple juice for my daughter as it was finished and nobody filled it. Never seen this kind of organizing, sorry to say.

The room curtains should be blockout so you could have some sleep, barking dog is not good either. NO RESTAURANT OR BAR OPEN FOR GUESTS AT THE WEEKEND WHICH IS DISAPPOINTING WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN TRAVELING ALL DAY.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Easy acces, good customer service, even late at night.

Worn down, and could use some upgrades. Breakfast had a smal asortment of comeneties, but what thye had was pretty decent

The location is great if you visit Narvik for skiing but a bit off if you want to find a restaurant. Close to a couple of supermarkets.

Some of the reception staff seemed more interested in their phones than paying attention to their guests. The dinner option is not really any option, they have one dish, take it or leave it!

Great location and place to stay, the meals were very good and being able to park on site was handy.

Excellent breakfast- variety of Norwegian food to taste

Laundry room in the description was missing Hotel is very basic for that price
