- Rude and arrogant staff on the reception. Bathroom floor and toilet seats were totally wet. Staff of the hotel thinks wet floor of the Bathroom is normal. Bedsheet size is smaller than bed size. Hopelessly poor room service. It takes 1 hr. to serve morning tea,that too after repeated reminders. BOGUS, third rated hotel will never recommend for stay.

- The hotel is located at prime area of Bhuj and whatever i demanded as a tourist the hotel staff fullfill on time. It's a pleasant experience of my family in Bhuj. Thank you so much.

- Complementary breakfast and restaurant is not available in hotel premises if will be there we must save our quality time.
