Everything was perfect, really appreciated that the hotel was quiet and the staff were fantastic. I loved the pool and the look of the hotel. Very modern looking. Thankyou to all.

The place is fabulous and exceeded all the expectations. Outstanding building, a very luxurious surrounding , staff very lolite and helpful . Wish I could have stayed longer ! This place is a traveler’s dream come true ! ????

Everything swimming pool , food the royal treatment! One must stay here before saying ‘ ‘they have seen all hotels ‘ its not just a stay it is an experience !

Nice resort hotel, away from the main centre of Bhuj. Lovely pool and facilities. Service was patchy at first but improved. Good service in the restaurant from Manisha and Shamresh. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Everything about this property is perfect! It’s undoubtedly the best hotel, not just in Bhuj but in the entire Kutch region.A special mention goes to Mr. Deb, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel incredibly special. The entire staff is courteous, professional, and dedicated to ensuring guests have an amazing experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bhuj or Kutch!

Resort was very good. Staff was extremely co operative especially Akshay pandeyji, Kishorji & the waiter Pritam. Restaurant tried to serve what we wished, was very appreciable.

Liked the overall openness and vastness of the property

The rooms should be made available to the guests latest by 11.00 am as all flights and trains coming to Bhuj arrive early in the morning and the guests reach to the by 8.30 am. Also, the service in the restaurants is quite slow.

the toilet seat was broken ,i asked for a extra bed but they gave me a mattress the sink had a big crack in the sink

Facilities are good, on their way to being a 5 star facility. Work still ongoing in a few parts. Spa was excellent value for money.

Most likely it’s perfect for the local customer. Staff are friendly but need more training if they want to do international hospitality. For an international standard the service was between 3-4 star. Just things on how to interact with guests would help especially in the restaurant.

It is a beautiful property with beautiful ambience and amazing facilities. The rooms as well as the entire resort were super impressive. The breakfast and the dinner buffet were elaborate and delicious. All the staff at the property were very courteous and polite.

The premises is new and clean. It's fairly new.

The location was remote, and I had to get a taxi to bhuj. You can not walk. There isn't anything around the hotel.Staff were not well trained at all.We had issues from check in, Neha did not follow the process and tried charging us an extra 70,000 rupees as we booked 2 rooms. Although the total price for the 2 rooms was 85,000. She forgot to take a picture of one of our visas and that came to the hotel staffs attention 3 days later and decided to ask us for it when we were tired and came back late one evening. She did not show or even tell us about any of the facilities. Shame as we dined out rather than trying the hotel restaurants. Check-in took over half an hour! It was not ideal when we travelled over 8 hours to get there. The shower seal was also broken in room, causing water to leak out when showering. On a few occasions, we called them to remove clean the bathroom. We didn't have any shower gel in the room the day we arrived, I mean, we were tired! We had the same issue a few days later. They do not provide the essentials for 2 people, although they admitted that 2 people stay in a room. So we had to request toothpaste and toothbrush etc. Room size was huge.One of the rooms had a bottle and the same food under the bed. We checked in after 8 p.m., so there certainly is no rush for the room. So why wasn't it cleaned. Then they tried to change the room. However, someone had been smoking in the room, so we refused. The hotel was empty, so I'm not sure why they couldn't have just upgraded us! It's literally empty as it's quite expensive. Again, Neha, in check-in, couldn't see our special request for a room upgrade for an anniversary. She later found it but was very incompetent. The linen had stains on it. The dodgy box off the TV was hanging down, and it kept going off. Apparently, they don't keep it on and live - the reason being is because they don't want to pay if the hotel is empty.

Hotel is located on a large plot of land and is newly built property.

It is located on a very isolated located and does not provide any transport facilities to get into the town or shopping area. Was very disappointed with the hotel stay.

Beautiful property, beautiful rooms, everything was beautiful only that it needs to be maintained well, and cleanliness should be the priority as well. The rooms felt a bit dusty, the kettle was supper dirty couldn't use it, the cups and the glasses were dirty as well. Had asked for some milk specifically asking them to cover the glass while getting it to the room, yet the glass of milk was uncovered, asked them to bring a fresh glass of milk covered and they brought it in the tea flask which was gross inside out. In the restaurant as well the glasses and cups and bowls were really dirty, asked them to wash them and they were the same. The food was really good. The staff was polite and courteous. The only thing is that cleanliness and maintenance are highly neglected.

Amazing property.

Breakfast was good with the wide range of freshly cooked items. The rooms were very nice and the Time Square complex itself was very impressive

There was a long wait in the Tiqri cafe. We ordered twice from there, one being a drinks order and another being a dinner order. The drinks order took approximately 20 minutes and the dinner order took almost 90 mins for all items (all ordered at the same time) and even then items were missing so we had to cancel them.

We loved the location. The bed was very comfortable and the room a nice size to relax in. Super facilities, pool, spa, gym, cinema...Sangita saved the restaurant.

Restaurant was ice cold. We were the only foreigners and got put into a separate room. Weren't told about the live station until Sangita on day 2 put us in the main room and gave us 5 star treatment

The property was good. The food was excellent. Ambiance was beautiful

The location was shady. They didn't offer the driver a complimentary stay, which was quite surprising. They eventually charged me for the driver's stay.
