Good service and nice and comfortable bed but I would prefer a single king size bed. But generally was good

I like everything, maybe I just expected too much

Parking in vertical parking house was interesting - but if you travel with a big car, then it is impossible to park there... so next time the hotel should ask for the car type before offering parking :)

Can't beat the location off a main walkplatz with dozens of bars, restaurants and shops. Room was very well laid out with very cool LED mood lighting. Not a lot of free parking, but there's lift parking right behind the hotel. Bed was super comfortable

Balcony was nice and large, but a roost of birds had taken over a segment that was covered in bird droppings.

Very central location, room is spacious and clean. Easy to walk to attractions.

The bathroom , lack of the shower screen made the bathroom flood every time we had a shower , fan did not work and the sink tap was difficult to use as it was automatically touch controlled , fancy, but we could not adjust water temperature, made it difficult to wash your hands without burning our hands ☹️

Informed the staff about a noise coming from the shower. Both days. Was not addressed. Disappointed.

In the middle off the town, lots of restaurants and bars.Perfect location for leisure.The hotel is very modern and has nice rooms and restaurant.

Hard to find a parking and rooms are a bit noisy because off the railway.

Very central, good sound isolation. The bed was very comfy! Enough space, decent amenities.

Bathroom cleanliness could be better. No light clean of the room after 1st night.

A good hotel in the center of the old town. There is an elevator. The room was clean, with a fridge, a kettle, a clean bathroom and two types of pillows for sleeping.

We booked the spa for two hours at the reception (payment was by the hour, and the receptionist informed us about that right away). When we arrived at the spa, we saw robes lying there, used them after the spa, and walked back to our room in them. Upon check-out, we paid for the spa and informed the receptionist that we had left the robes from the spa in our room. Then the receptionist told us that the robes were actually not free (there were no signs, and no one informed us). We had to pay extra. It was a small thing, but it left an unpleasant impression.

in heart of the city, top location. at the reception they also offer a private sauna / spa which was very pretty. Bed is very comfortable and also good sound isolation. You have your peace while you are in the centre. M23 would be definitely worth for another visit

Poor breakfast. No vege options, not even plant based milk, tasteless coffee.

The quality of the bedding. It was very cheap and kinda plastic. The soap bottles were almost empty.

The location is good, directly in the center area. It’s clean and modern looking overall

There are a lot of stairs inside in the reception and restaurant area, it’s a very strange building and doesn’t feel very nice. If you have a lot of luggage, be prepared.The breakfast is really disappointing: the service (there is no), the limited choice, if you go after 730 it’s not really fresh anymore, it’s not refilled in time or not at all. Never seen it in Poland like that.

Rooms were small but beautiful. Perfect location, close to the center and Museum of Katowice
