Great Polonia Silesian Economy Hotel

Convenient location, and right next to the mall, gas station, and grocery stores. Less than 10 minutes from the bus stop. Clean. Staff were friendly. Restaurant at the hotel.

If you are walking to the property there is not a sidewalk coming to the hotel from the mall. It is just a man made path that is very muddy. If you have boots or are coming by car there is no issue. The bed is not a real mattress. It is 3 inch cot. It is not bad for an overnight stay.

Staff is friendly, location is good. Being wheelchair-accessible is a definite plus. The breakfast is HUGE and tasty - definitely worth it, coffee is excellent. In general, had a very positive experience w/ the restaurant.

Although the room was sparkling clean, there was a really bad odour coming from the bathroom (I believe it was an issue with the ventilation pipe ... ) . Also, as we stayed over the weekend, really loud guests smoking outside, in front of the bar area (under our windows) were a problem. Woke us up several times.

Location near highway, so for traveling very nice.

The food in restaurant seems from microwave qualify, not really tasty.

The room was so cold, no heating. We were freezing the whole night. It was so small room like prison cell 3-4m2. Besides that breakfast was pretty nice.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice location (if you have a car).

Our room is already in need of renovation. There are very thin walls, you hear the neighbors and what's going on in the hallway.

The location is very nice if you travel through.The hotel is next to the highway, so easy access.

The food in the restaurant wasn't prepared fresh but seemed to be warmed up by microwave and not very hot.Also not all on the menu was available.

When we enter there was a strange wipe lying on the floor (I think cleaning service left it) The AC was working but it didn’t blow cool airflow so basically it was not working Swimming Pool was additional paid facilities

It was a nice room good lightning and even a smart tv and a nice bar downstairs in the lobby

The shower had mold in it and was dirty i could see toothpast from the person before us it smelled very dirty in there could not reccomend that

Good location. Near the airport but with good public transport communication to the city centre. Nice hotel and polite personnel. The room was also good.

As far as there is a kettle in the room it'd be very nice to have there at least 2 tea bags.

Mainly we loved the variety and good quality of the breakfast. The staff were very professional and pick up the empty plates from our tables in order to have a tidy and clean table while we are having the breakfast.

I have missed to have a hand towel and also pair of disposable shoes because the floor is covered by a carpet and makes it very dirty if we used the shoes from outside. One of the pillows was a bit uncomfortable and some parts of the bathroom need to be repaired as soon as possible. BUT we would choose it again as our accommodation place cause the breakfast worths everything

I definitely did not like the muddy road to the hotel as there was not any pavement

Wonderful breakfast and good restaurant! Staff allowed us to sit at bar area with our own drinks once bar closed!

Very friendly staff on reception, nice parking garage, comfort beds.

Great staff. There is a shopping center and many different shops nearby. The hotel is conveniently located on the autobahn, but not noisy. There is a gas station nearby. Very tasty breakfasts, a huge number of dishes to choose from. The room has everything you need. There is free parking for hotel guests.

Everything was great,friendly staff and helpful.It was a clean and quiet room.Very hot water.Value for money.

Some stuff need renovation.The bed was not very stable.The location is not suitable for someone who wants to walk to the center.It is little bit far.You need taxi or bus.

Breakfast was ok.

I was waken up at 6 am on Sunday morning. Why? Because someone else ordered taxi and nobody properly checked who so they decided to ring to my room multiple times by mistake. I was woken up and couldn't sleep again. They had my phone number so it was very easy to verify who to call. I was feeling bad for the whole Sunday.More about hotel rooms: rooms are clean, but bathroom seems to be only cleaned briefly. Towels are clean, but so old that they have holes. Facilities are ok. Beds are only decent. Room is very poorly lighted.

It was small room. There was also a door inside the room, locked but opening to the next room.There was no shampoo and body-wash in the bathroom.
