Location is near by Essen Hbf. The restaurants and superstore is nearby the Hotel (walking distance). I will book again when I will visit Essen again.

no utensils were provided for cooking like pans and pots, Only two cups and spoons were given. We expected these should have been given since I gave money for room with a kitchenette.

Nice clean room. Perfect for a one-night business trip. Met no personnel, however there was no need in it.

Everything was amazing with my stay, except for the check-in where none of the phone numbers were working. So it took me some time and finally, some of the guests opened the door for me!

It was too close to the road and the noise of the vehicles were loud. We couldn’t close the widows because it was too warm. There was neither a fan nor an air conditioner. We always wake up in the middle of the night because of the heat.

It was somewhere to sleep after been let down by another hotel who cancelled our booking

Lift didn’t work, they were not serving breakfast although it was charged for! Staff member on arrival was a bit off like we were an inconvenience. Never saw any staff at all after that. Not even sure anyone else was staying at the hotel

Rooms were clean.

No staff at the reception during check out. Left them note to request an invoice for the rooms. Nothing received.

All very nice, quiet place and very comfortable, nice reception and service people, helpful every time.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. There is also a small kitchenette in the room, but we didn't use it. The center of Essen could be reached with half an hour walk or with the Uber/public transport, so we liked the location too. Good value for money!

there’s no lift, so can be difficult for those with mobility problems.
