Decent, Clean, a dream room for cheap prices. No body disturbs you.

Typical budget hotel. You get what you pay for

Try not to get a room at the front. At around 1am every morning , the local boy racers like to turn up & do constant wheel spins around the car park. Noise is terrible

It’s okay. Really easy to get in and out, near groceries stores and bakeries.

No AC in the room we got so a little hot for the German summer.

Uneccesarily complicated. No staff on site, so hard to resolve issues with check-in. Rooms were very hot - no air-conditioning and limited ventilation

Struggled to work out where the car park was (around the corner). Also struggled to figure out the self check-in and pin-number key access.

Had a really nice stay with clean and comfortable rooms !

Only issue was with the parking situation, reached hotel around 11PM, there was no information regarding the closure of parking garage after 10PM. Customer care was hard to reach in the night, struggled for around 1 hour to get into a call with customer care and to know where to park.

Checking in horrendous got charged twice for single room no air-conditioning open window car park, noisy all night long

I love the place , it was clean, very easy check in and we had some problems in our room but they found fast solution .

I would really like to have at least coffee or water boiler in the room.

Clean rooms with almost no staff, only cleaners. Great location (for us). For the price it's a good deal.

Nothing was too bad.

Cheap and all right for one night. Easy check in and out, modern room and fascilities. Free parking.

No air condition, so we had to keep the window open during the night to stay alive in the hot summer weather. A lot of noise from the surroundings made our stay not more than okay.

Decent hotel based in a good area of Essen

Had difficulty opening the door and having no staff around is a negative,there should be someone on hand 24/7 to sort out any issues.

Bathroom was clean. Good shower

The bed was a bit harsh and the 2 separated mattresses were a bit annoying. Also the parking space outside was used as a race track for the locals. Nothing the hotel could do but somthing to consider.
