The bathroom and the bed was so nice

The shower is leaking water.There is no small table in front of the sofa or couch, and it would be better to place the Wifi password on the TV table

The room was okay, big, with TV and sofa. Very comfortable bed and warm blankets. Good cleaning. Tram and buses.

There is no one in the reception, they don't speak English. I had to call to be let in into the hotel. Very bad nose reduction in the room. Our windows faced a road with trams, so it was really noisy all night. And the Wi-Fi isn't really good. Very bad S-bahn, almost always delayed.

An unstoppable noise coming from the toilet reservoir. Its outdated.

Rooms were fine, beds comfortable, everything clean, nice towels. We had 3 single rooms, at check-in we were told that 1 of us would have to change rooms after 1st night, not a problem for us. Streetside was busy with open windows, lots of traffic and trams, but it didn't bother me. Very close to public transport. Price/quality excellent

This was my second stay at this hotel. I enjoyed my previous visit, so I wanted to repeat the experience. However, this time, the hallways were messy, which caught my attention since everything was clean and organized during my last stay.Unfortunately, the hotel was not well-maintained this time. Housekeeping did not clean the rooms daily, and our trash stayed so long that the room started to smell. Our towels remained wet as well.Aside from this issue, everything else was fine, and I still liked the hotel. I hope it returns to its previous standards on my next visit.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The toilet water tank had a problem and it would take 15 to 20 minutes to refill itself. I asked the hotel staff for another room but he said no more rooms were available although I saw many empty rooms there the whole night! He said he would come to my room the next morning to fix it but apparently he didn't even care to bother himself fixing it or at least taking a look at it. There were many spider nets in the room. The table and the lamp were full of dust.The room was cold.

2nd time here. Great hotel, friendly staff, cozy room, all clean, close to Borbeck S-Bahn station. Quiet area. Supermarkets not far from hotel. Hotel has also german restaurant.

1- Staff was decent and very gentle. 2- Location was good. 3- Parking was good.4- Room size was good.

1- no mini bar fridge.2- no space for my daughter, as i mentioned on booking its 6 years old.3- Bellows are not comfortable. 4- Many spiders and insects inside the Room.5- No internet.6- No telephone inside the room to contact the reception at least.

The property was surrounded by nature

The hotel was extremely outdated, with a distinct, musty odor typical of old buildings permeating the entire place. The bathroom had visible mold, which was a major concern for hygiene and health. The room itself looked nothing like the photos on the booking website, leading to a sense of disappointment upon arrival. The furniture was worn out and shabby, adding to the overall neglected feel of the room. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel a few minutes walk from an S-Bahn station and five minutes walk from Dampfe, an excellent brewery/restaurant. Friendly receptionist let us check in early. Basic but clean and comfortable rooms.

Big comfortable room, with big Bathroom and a bathtub

Breakfast was excellent and in such a sunny room.

would have liked a coffee pot , microwave and small fridge to make it perfect.

Simple clean hotel with nice staff.

Proximity to the small town area and good transport links.Large car park.Clean.

It’s a little tired although my room was clean and tidy. A decent enough, budget hotel.
