Pleasant, comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Parking in a safe, underground garage which is a real help.

Good room, excellent breakfast, nice crew.

The neighborhood looks a little bit dangerous at night, but the hotel is close to the U-Bahn, and the shopping streets.

I like how quiet the hotel was, the room was really nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are electric charging stations in the underground parking, one of them is Tesla only but the others are open, they charge 20€ flat.

Wifi and location was good. Parking facility good BUT intercom does noet work at the entrance, also no clear instructions on how to enter. The price was for the accomodation would be good if the basics that are mentioned included in the price would have been accomplished.

1. Mould in the shower2. There was not one coffee capsule in the room, although machine was foreseen, tray was completely empty3. batteries of the safe were empty - did not work4. Staff interaction/friendliness was close to nothing, not unfriendly but surely not welcoming

The parking is too expensive and the gates are too tight for big cars.The blankets are way too small, the heater was too loud.

10-15 minutes and you're already in the city center. The parking was also great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You're next to a busy road, but with the windows closed, you hear nothing at all; it's really well soundproofed. The beds were comfortable. The room size wasn't huge, but it was just enough with space for your suitcase and such.

At one point it got a bit warm in the room, with the window open you could hear the road so quite a bit of noise pollution, and with the window closed (where again you didn't hear the roadie at all!) the air conditioning didn't work very well to cool the room.

Very noise and load.

The bartenders were very nice. Each night we had some credit to use there because we skipped having our rooms cleaned. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Parking garage under the hotel was perfect, very convenient.

The woman who checked us in was really quite curt. I asked a few questions and all of her answers were really short, like I was bothering her. She just repeated the same thing really quickly and seemed unwilling to elaborate on anything. She gave me a map of the city that I asked for and it was an A4 printout that was hardly legible, quite useless. We believe there should be hooks near the door of the hotel room where we can hang our coats. We believe there should be better signage directing people to where the entrance is to the Ramada parking garage. Finally, the location was really not good for the Christmas market. It was quite a sketchy neighborhood, with really a lot of sketchy characters that we had to walk past each day, with the grandparents and young children, really not ideal. I would not stay there again just for this reason.

We asked for a room in the back and got a room on the Street Side … (was possible but they wanted 10€ extra money and room size was the same ) Blanket is to small and we are only 1m80

There was a bed

The staff were rude. I was very sick and they would let me stay an extra half an hour despite that I was vomiting violently. Breakfast lady was extremely rude. Telephone in the room was not working properly and the shower was either too hot or too cold

A Ramada Hotel not matching the standard expected. Bed plugs not working, one tea cup for 2 guests. Courtesy coffee to be purchased separately. Too expensive

No fridge/minibar in room, bathtub is a bit legacy to have instead of shower, breakfast was ok but quite limited in options. The promised 5€ voucher for declining room cleaning was never provided, not on any of the days. Location a bit on the side. Mainly middle-eastern and asian restaurants in the vicinity.
