Four Points Flex by Sheraton Essen

Very good location next to the station. Reasonable nightly parking.

Nothing special, it is very simple hotel

There is no regular housekeeping Towels are old No any bath items even liquid soap was empty

The hotel’s location is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast is just okay.

I understand that, for environmental reasons, the room is not cleaned daily. However, I would suggest at least collecting the trash from the rooms every day. I found it a bit inconvenient to have to keep looking for a bin.

Staff were super. The person behind reception was really helpful. We needed to hire bikes which no-one knew where the hotel's bikes were. She (don't know her name sorry) persisted and helped find them and we got our bikes. Rooms were pretty good and place was very clean included common areas. There was a cold water machine installed in reception which may sound small but it was well used by all the ravers from the Stone festival as well as athletes there for an event. Would I stay again? Yes!

Breakfast!! Annoyingly it finished at 11 and by 10.15 thing had already disappeared off the buffet. To top it off, during the week it finished at 10 and we were unaware on Monday morning so we missed breakfast. At least the very lovely lady at reception refunded us the money which we had only paid the night before.

The location is near from the central station

I made my reservation with breakfast included, at check in time the staff confirmed it but I was still charged for it at check-out.

Stayed one night. Service was good. Room was comfortable

Location convenient close to main rail station

Building close t0 train rails windows totally locked

Super location and very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable.

Very good location, clean and big room, quiet

Everything was ok , car park available ( extra paid) good location, clean room

Breakfast could have more options ( lack of vegetables)

Rooms were good spacious, value for money and breakfast was also very nice

No Parking space so we need to park on street parking, which we were not sure if safe even though everything went fine

Staff is really nice, they are smileful and helpful. I appreciate. We have foods for fridge, we asked them to store for us, they helped us. Room was cold but staff gave us a mini heater. Love the girls in the information board, many thanks

Breakfast is expensive. Location was bad and there are construction. Room was cold, really cold. Hotel bistro was also expensive. No mini fridge in the room. To sum up, its not worth that money

Good location good staff good room

Friendly and helpful staff., accommodation very clean, excellent breakfast. Highly recommended

. The stafff however was super friendly and accommodating

There was a long curly hair on the cleaning card on the desk when I arrived even though the rest of the room looked clean. The roomWas missing fridge and kettle which I usually use when I travel and the single size duvet on a double bed is really not practical

Kind staff, great selection of meals for breakfast

I prefer harder mattress (personal preference)

air conditioning not working & fixed windows ?

air conditioning not working & fixed windows ? no oxygen in Room

everything was good

What I did not like was the taxi that had charge me $123.00 from the train station to the hotel. It is a 10 minute walk. But it will not happen again. I will be back next year god spear life.

It was clean. They had paid private parking. They gave us 3 rooms next to each other as per our request.

Breakfast was so expensive, but it didn't have that many options. Paying 18€pp just for some scrambled eggs is too much. For the room service, it looks like you have to tell the staff the previous night, we did, but they ignored our request and didn't clean the room. Overall, I wasn't satisfied enough to re-book the hotel next time.

Clean room, nice staff, good breakfast
