We really liked the arrangement of the room, as well as the facilities - shower, coffee, water boiler etc. Everything was clean and there were some small details that we really appreciated.

The location was nice, but the hotel wasn’t worth the moneyThe TV wasn’t working and the bed wasn’t comfortable
It wasn’t so clean btw the TV WASNT working , i complained to the staffs but they couldn’t help or give us a new room
good location near city center, near subway, good bed, comfortable mattress, very helpful stuff
a little bit "lazy" tv remote controllerI think breakfast is fine but the price is to high
Staff was really nice! Rooms clean ! Great breakfast!
Breakfast was great, staff friendly and helpful.
Room was quite small and AC unit loud. During our stay in a building nearby there was a rave party. So it was very annoying and hard to sleep because we had to listen to it until early morning.
I recently stayed at Premier Inn Essen City Limbecker Platz for a work trip, and I was very impressed. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, exactly what you need after a busy day.The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was quick and easy. My room was spotless, well-designed, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also very nice, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day right. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to get around Essen. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again for both work and leisure trips.
Location, breakfast , taste of food
Not applicable but can still be reasonably priced
lovely staff, nice rooms
Air con did not work in the rooms
Lovely hotel either some great staff
Asked for a baby cot in the bedroom, this was not provided. When asked at the reception, was told that i did not ask. This was challenged and proof of contact was shown but still failed to provide cot. Luckily we did have one with us as otherwise we would’ve been stuck. The manager on shift did nit speak English well enough to communicate so it was difficult and frustrating. Luckily there was other staff member that just came on shift and to rescue
Very clean and new. Room has basic necessities with blow dryer, and extra seats and cushions. Staff was very friendly, I felt safe as a woman to see women at the reception.
Very good location and nice view, big space
Breakfast is expensive and too simple
Good but extra money was...
Money was taken from me in excess of the agreed price, and my room was not cleaned, even though I told them to clean my room.
Friendly staff, nice and comfortable room, very silent.
At night, being a solo female traveller I didn’t feel comfortable reaching the location.
Nice room. We had the one with a sofa bed which we had done up for our daughter. Rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and parking (Eu15) was secure underground.
Essen is a very busy place without charm. Due to road closure, it took ages to get to the hotel. So check roadworks before booking.
Location was perfect, breakfast could have been better - hard to eat a cooked breakfast off a small plate. Hotel was clean and modern but the reception automated kiosk was not working, neither was the second lift.
Whereas the bathroom was modern, the shower door was tiny and there didn’t appear to be any safety handles when climbing out of the shower.
the facility was clean and comfortable.
The biggest disappointment was the lack of housekeeping. After a long day, we returned to the hotel to find our room uncleaned and without fresh towels. When I asked the front desk why no one had cleaned the room, I was told that housekeeping was only available upon request. It's a shame no one informed us of this in advance. The breakfast selection is also limited. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a wider selection, but the lack of tissues or napkins was a surprise.
Pleasant
The beds were extremely soft, and the hotel was very noisy, a great combo for poor sleep quality.
