- I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was genuinely awful.I had to wait almost an hour outside the hotel because their self check-in kiosk did not work. My name had been entered incorrectly in their system, so the machine simply would not let me in.I called the support number and spent a long time being talked through “easy” fixes that did nothing. I was then told someone would come to the hotel in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I received another call saying she could not send me the booking details via WhatsApp and that I should just try the kiosk again. It still did not work. She then asked me to try yet another method. At this point I was standing outside in -4°C with my 11-month-old baby in the car, very close to her bedtime. I made it clear I was running out of time and patience and asked directly whether she was actually coming. Only after refusing to keep repeating the same broken process did she finally agree to come. When she arrived, she silently checked me in.Then I asked about parking and was told it would cost €10. After waiting an hour in freezing weather with a baby, I asked if that was really reasonable. Her response was that she normally only answers the phone and does not come to the hotel, and that she only came “as a favour” because I had a baby. That is a deeply worrying system. What happens if you do not have a baby? You just sleep outside?Eventually she agreed to give me the parking space for free. The room itself was cold even with the radiators on full. The bottom of the shower was dirty and overall the place felt neglected and unpleasant.Poor systems, poor service and zero accountability.I would not recommend staying here.
- Would be nice if you could use the hotel parking without paying extra
- Parking cost and worry about ´getting a park’

Parking cost and worry about ´getting a park’
Good location , kind staff and delicious breakfast.
Very well located, 7min walk from the Central StationExcellent internet serviceClean, comfortable rooms Very friendly and polite staff
The included buffet breakfast choice was a bit limited, would have liked to see more choices
giant room and bathroom; location is 5 minutes walk from central station
no fridge; breakfast time ends at 10
The hotel is conveniently located near the Central Station. The room was larger than I expected based on the photos and very clean. The self check-in process was quick and easy.
The breakfast could be better – the food could have been refilled more often, as there was hardly any vegetables left by 8:30. Otherwise, the breakfast was quite good.
I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and overall, the room itself was comfortable and nicely furnished. The bed was cozy, the design was pleasant, and the soundproofing was excellent — even though the hotel is in a central and lively area, I could rest very well. The location was also ideal, within walking distance of everything I needed.
However, there were a few things that really disappointed me. The Wi-Fi never worked during my entire stay, which was a major problem since I was traveling for work and needed a reliable connection. On top of that, there was a notice stating that, for “environmental reasons,” the room would only be cleaned every three days. Honestly, this felt more like an excuse to reduce service while keeping prices high and increasing profit under the guise of ecology. At the very least, it could have been offered as an optional choice, or compensated with another service. I didn’t appreciate this policy.
Location is a bit difficult to find right way but after that nice and closer from station.Room is cozy and clean, breakfast also satisfied.
I stayed 2 nights on this hotel, 2nd night I was back to hotel 22:30,(no people there at night on reception) I could enter the hotel entrance use my room key card but I couldn't open my room.Tryed to everything also quick check in machine to check my reservation, called emargency telephone number of hotel but all no available. All my stuff is in my room but no place to sleep. 30min or 1 hour later I tried to use room key again. Then, suddenly room was opened. So I could stay my room, next morning I said my problem to reception, but just "room key's battery may weaker" that's it.
Convenient location, polite staff, big room, comfortable bed and very good internet.
The facilities were rather basic (e.g. a kettle in the room would have been nice). The biggest drawback is that the desk at the check in closes early and then you have to self check-in, which can be problematic. Having the room next to the entrance, both nights of my stay I could hear guests having difficulties in entering the hotel at night, with one lady in particular being rather desperate as her card key didn't work, while she couldn't manage to contact anyone over the phone.
Very courteous and caring staff especially the Receptionist who took care of us despite our late arrival Good wholesome breakfast Cleanliness in the room is remarkable Paid Parking was convenient
Would not recommend for PMR guests as doors from the room earmarked for disabled persons meant walking through the breakfast room to the lobby with a few very heavy doors which is not easy to manageEven the door to the room is a bit heavy.Although not a big issue for us but need to point out the slightly inconvenient washbasin with no shelf or space for toiletries Would have been nice with a kettle in the room but again not a big issue for us
Location, cleanliness, convenience, breakfast
Everything was great!
A wonderful, clean room. A very comfortable mattress. The room is compact, but there's plenty of room to move around. Good Wi-Fi.Despite its proximity to the train station, even with the windows open, city noise is barely audible. The staff is responsive and ready to help with any questions. Most of the staff also speak Ukrainian.
The toilet and shower are separate in the room. The toilet is located near the entrance, and its layout is not very convenient. Additionally, there is an issue with ventilation inside.
Great location within 10 mins walking from central stationGreat value for moneyClean and spacious room for the priceThe staff allowed early check-in with no questions asked
Nothing!
It’s so clean and what i liked the most is the self check-in service . I didn’t have any interaction with the staff but i can say it was so clean , no noise , close to the train station .
On site parking, very quiet despite central location. Lovely park within walking distance.
The location is convenient and for a short stay price friendly is an option.
Unfortunately after giving a call to clarify the late check in, when I arrived the sled check in was no possible because the room was not ready. The emergency number was responsive and the employee helped me enter the room and changed the bed sheets and the towels. However it has been something that situation after a long trip was an extra stress and kind of uncomfortable.
LocationCleanlinesss
I could smell cigarette everywhere in the hotel. The machine which does the late checking needs an initial long press to get over the screen saver. Better if it is mentioned somewhere.Sound of the highway
It was very clean. And the staff was nice, symphatic. Breakfast was really good. Bed was good with two pillows.
I recieved different room, than advertised on the page. It was like a bed in a big bathroom, without AC but too noisy to open the windows.I think is better to add the reality on the page, then nobody gets dissappointed.
The room was very clean
There was no one in the entire hotel at 18.01h (reception closes at 18.00h) and the front door was not working, so guests had to take a secondary door. The hotel felt completely solitary and, as a woman travelling alone, I did not like that at all. I chose the hotel based on the comments about the staff being present and friendly, but it was non-existent. My bad: now I know to check the small print for whether the reception is open 24/7 or not.
