The breakfast was ok, nothing fancy or special, enough for a quick energy booster in the morning. The staff were accomodating and nice ( i would book again just beacause of the staff), room is clean with enough good towels

For me the bed is a little too soft, also there are some parts of the room that needs a little improvement, like the bathroom door that doesnt lock, curtain with holes and the construction thats going on in the area ( which is no ones fault, just not appealing to walk by)

I cannot tell you anything about the hotel actually. Bookings.com sent a message to say they cannot confirm booking. I shared a screen shot with hotel. Not their monkey, not their circus. The hotel refused to reimburse me for the Bookings cock up. I would have loved to stay. Hit cancel on the advice of this very platform that somehow charged me 3x for the same booking. They will reimburse me for 2x stints, I am told. I was there for my child's cancer treatment, absolutely frazzled and suddenly told I had no place to sleep the next night. I and just needed a safe space to sleep. Nobody cares and I'm stuck with the bill and this hotel did not care that the error was not mine so screw them.

The hotel is absolutely fine, especially for the price. Comfortable, clean, warm. Receptionist and cleaning staff super friendly. Wi-fi perfect. Honestly, this would have been a 9 or 10 for me, except...

The walls are the thinnest I've ever experienced. I've stayed in probably over 1,000 hotels, and I've never experienced anything like this. If people are talking next door, they sound like they're in your room. On one side of my room, I had an entire extended family of Arabic speakers laughing and shouting and talking until at least 4am both nights. It honestly , with no exaggeration, sounded like this were in the room next to me. On the other, a very... happy couple, whose... happiness continued until 8am. Even though the toilet, I could hear the mattress springs as if there were no wall at all, and you can imagine the other noises...As a result, I got next to no sleep at all for two nights. This is really a shame because everything else about the hotel was top. And maybe you'll get lucky and have normal travelers next to you, or no one at all. But definitely bring earplugs (it still won't be enough, but it'll help).

Near Banhhof. With water heater for tea and coffee

I requested for refill of coffe and milk for my second day of stay but no refill given., But its not too bad. Still fine.,

Perfect place for a short stay, just at walking distance from the railway station. Clean, safe, friendly.

It can get a bit cold, but as I use the room just to sleep it was fine under the duvet.

Disappointing

We did not get a room key until day two. The evening/night staff did not speak any English at all so when we have a problem it was almost impossible to be understood. My bed sheets had bugs in them (to be fair probably from the linen closet as we could not find any other bugs)This was in the evening and it was almost impossible to get the staff to understand

Very nice and helpful service. Peace and quiet. I'm very satisfied. The location is also very good. Everything is close to Milan.

One young man's english was really good, told us a good pub and where it was.

Was dirty in room and in shower. They're building a road near the hotel entrance, making it very easy to access by car. The parking lot is small and limited in space.

There is available water heater and freebies tea and coffee. Near the train and bus station.

The water heater is a little bit dusty, not sure if it is being washed every after customer stay. Need to wipe or wash first before using.
