My air condition didn¿t work!

I don¿t like the fact that I have to pay again at the property. If you charged my card why do I have to pay again???

It was clean

Basically it was one bedroom apartment with no extras as a hotel. Just a bed, tv and thats it. For 300€ per night you would expect at least something nice, there was nothing. No wardrobe, carpets, couch, awful electric wiring etc. nothing nice out of ordinary. Reception area smells like food.

It was clean, rooms were spacious enough, and it was great value for money.

Breakfast is pricey for the selection and quality.

Cleaning. Price. No kaffe. No tea. Small Cola in the recaption 4.80 euro(!!!)

The staff was very nice! The location was also on good walking distance to the center and finally the beds were comfortable.

The estetic inside was very industrial, which I personally don’t really like. A lot of concrete. The AC system generates a LOT of noise, and you can’t really open your window as you’re next to a busy road.Also, the breakfast was one of the worse that I’ve had at a hotel. Not a lot of choice, bread was old, things that were there tasted mild, quite cheap I think.

The raw concrete corridors and room interior. It feels like the construction was not properly finished.

Modern fresh design with perfectly equipped rooms including a super-size luxurious bathroom, strong WIFI, cool balcony.

The location is 10 min walk to U-Bahn Berliner Platz. Not far, but also not very close. The area is slightly dead, i.e. no restaurants etc.

Very comfortable and an easy walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful as we arrived early and they let us store our bags while we explored Essen.

Nothing - we have stayed three months before and the standard is the same

Just what you need for a comfortable, cheap, clean stay without the bells and whistles of a fancy hotel, but still much better than hostel quality. Comfortable bed, lightly decorated inside.

Breakfast is a bit expensive for what it is. A balustrade on balconies (there's only a net as safety currently) is something that should really be added for extra safety

Clean modern hotel with secure parking for two motorcycles at a reasonable price.

Limited dining options in the evening. Basically pizza only.

The noise of the street outside was pretty audible. Pillows were too soft for our liking.

The location is great and parking around the hotel was free. Breakfast was the best thing about the visit, they offered lots of breads, toast, rolls and croissants. Vegan options were available too and juice, tea, coffee and drinks. The usual jams, cheeses and cereals, yogurt and quark and fresh fruit.

Shame the bed was so uncomfortable, there was a thin matress where you could feel the springs all night. The Breakfast was very good, worth the money.The room was not clean in all the corners but as it's a newish hotel it was still OK. Maybe they could improve the cleaning protocol before the grime builds up

The pillows are so thin. I had a neck pain for three days. I saw man previous reviews about this issue but didn't expect it to be like this. Please change them. Not much centrally located but it is an acceptable walking distance from the center but not from the Hbf
