Nice aesthetic, friendly staff

I would like if there was a snack bar or vending machine due to it not being around much. More drink options at breakfast.

1. Very cold in the room , heating was off , windows opened , when outside were 4-6 degrees 2. Laundry with wrinkles, like was use by other people on other days 3. No shampoo , only hand wash , good luck washing you hair with that 4. No minibar , cannot find a water bottle if you want after 10 pm or you have to take a pill Ps : if you have check out at 10 , please send the cleaning lady after 10 , I was in the shower and she enter without knocking at the door Don’t recommend at all

Terrible service, no customer focus

Service, terrible place, I was having a reservation and couldn't see their message that I need to contact them if I'm late.Went to many trips in my life and hotel is always calling when you're running late especially when it's paid already.Hence I arrived there, doors closed at 23h and going around Gelsenkirchen, Bochum and finally at 3am found a room at Dortmund.Terrible terrible service, zero customer focus.

The breakfast was a lot of choices and well presented, no problem. It is worth it! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they were very nice and have always smiled at us. The Hotel's restaurant was almost full. A lot of people visit them even when not staying at the hotel :) The room is modern and the interior is beautiful! It was a comfortable room - at least aesthetically.

I noticed that the room was neat and tidied up but as a meticulous person with cleaning, it was easy for me to spot the many places that have not been wiped at all - like the nightstands with dried up water from previous renters' glasses. It was also obvious that the tiles in the bathroom were not scrubbed for a while because of the dust and hair above it. Those things I can easily see. So I do not know which other parts they have not properly cleaned.

The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Staffs and cleaning ladies are friendly. Though i don't speak German at all, we managed xommunication with a bit English, body gesture and smiles. It has plenty space for parking. The breakfast is sufficient, good coffee. Good sound isolation, we don't hear cars neither guests from other rooms.

Disappointing

Bed was very small for 2 adults and the sheets were like sandpaper.Breakfast was very poor. At 8h45 everything was practically empty and only 4 slices of cheese were added.

Clean and very convenient family room. Availability of the bicycle racks on the property - Ideal location to bicycle to Movie Park.

Air abs peaceful location.

Most of the staff couldn’t speak English and they had no English menu etc. No lift.

The room and facilities were as good as described in the description. Additionally, they have a good restaurant and biergarten.

There are very few options for breakfast

Staff was very friendly. We had an exceptional stay with the family. Plenty of space for two adults and two small children. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Didn't get to try the restaurant but it looked very nice.

Good small Hotel and restaurant with nice clean rooms and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and the option to have other meals in the restaurant as well.

Location is a bit tricky with only one bus stop close by and no other means to get there from the Movie Park or main train station.

Said it all on previous review. We stayed on the way over and this was a stay on return journey home so very happy with it. Easy to find when travelling not far off motorway. All good

No tea making facilities in room

Very Friendly staff, amazing food, great service, also as an lgbtq couple we didn't feel any less welcomed the guys at reception were great even offered to carry our luggage upstairs clean room lovely bathroom 10-10 for everyone and everything highly recommend this hotel/restaurant. breakfast is not much as other reviews says but overall try the food in the restaurant throughout the day its amazing.. Would definitely go back❤️
