Pros +

Nothing, checking in was a huge pain and I lost almost 800 bucks because I didn?t even stayed there. It sucks
The beach is walking distance and the neighborhood is pretty active for food and social life.

Cons -

Everything
It doesnt feel like a clean place also humidity of the room; when we arrived the floor was all wet and there was a mop we use to dry it. The roof is made of a very bad material that make us allergic because it retains a lot of humidity, we still have both scratchy eyes and allergy, we had to leave the place first time of the day. The room is right on top of a bar or something pretty active so it was noisy all night. The Host communication was very poor and he didnt want to talk on the phone.
