Location was good and hotel ? was also good Approach of the staff also perfect. They upgraded our room to family room.

Noise comes from outside. They need to check windows. I think windows need some maintenance

The room as the booking write is not 30 sqm but is smaller about 23 sqm....the gym 20sqm !!!!!!!!!

Excellent and friendly staff, cozy hotel, power station for charging cars for only 20 Euros, excellent and varied breakfast. Special thanks to the General Manager of the hotel Ms. Anastasia for her professionalism and positive aura!

Very big room and very good breakfast

The pool is open only from 11 till 17. So people who are coming to travel have no chance to use it. The water pressure in the shower is weak. Many surrounding close buildings - too noisy to open the window. The third bed is not appropriate for sleep..

Conveniently located in the western outskirts of downtown Thessaloniki, is also conveniently linked to many amenities and just 50 m away from the Moni Lazariston Art Gallery.

Nice breakfast and outdoor pool to relax after sightseeing. We got an upgrade to suite with balcony!

Confortable bed, we found parking in front of the hotel, very welcoming receptionist who upgraded the room to a very dpacious Junior Suit for free, waiter gave us a bottle of water for free.

Location - very far from city centre, the peripheral area is a bit unpleasant, swimming pool was closed at 7pm when we arived and still unopen at 11:30 am when we left; poor quality breakfast; unpleasant view from the balcony; poor restaurant service and aspect (like a cantina).

The hotel needs a liitle renovation. It is a little bit far from city center (35 min walk)Poor choice in the restaurant for dinner ( we ordered food delievery )

It’s absolutely not a 5 star hotel, probably 3 star, very old furniture, very old itself, everything needs renovation, walls are dirty, some black scratches are everywhere, minibar is miserable, NO SOAP in the bathroom. NOW ATTENTION! THE BED IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP ON, the mattress consists of 4 parts and in the pillow and head area it is simply missing, there is a hole there!! I have never seen anything like this, it is disgusting and terrible.also the hotel does not have a wig, although it is indicated that it is, it is not! I arrived by car and it was parked in the industrial area under the hotel, next to the garbage cans.The floors in the room are terribly dirty, I had to walk there in street shoes. this is the worst experience in my life, I travel a lot, but this is the first time I meet such a hotel positioning itself as 5 stars for this money

Luxury and big rooms.Breakfast was sumptuous

The air-conditioning failed on our last day.We were given a new room, and next morning, that aircon also failed.

Very comfortable hotel in a quiet central location. Excellent selection of products and great variety at breakfast, with many traditional Greek products. We also had a very tasty dinner upon arrival. The staff is incredibly polite and kind, ensuring that we had all our needs met.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, the room was plenty big, the bathroom was also spacious and had all the amenities.the hotel pool despite being small, was still perfect and not crowded at all.The breakfast was super nice, and had many varieties.The coffee machine in the room made a delicious esspresso to start your day properly.staff was very friendly and helped with the parking, you could drop off your keys at the recepion and they would provided vallet services.

the mattress on the extra bed was very firm, could not sleep on it at all.other than that all was perfect.

We booked the hotel as it advertised a swimming pool. However we were told on arrival pool was not available and would not be used until the Monday.

The hotel is superb, clean, very helpful staff.

The hotel is located in a little bit run-down area, but it seems that many areas in Thessaloniki nowadays are like this, unfortunately. We didn't have any problems with it, though.
