Porto Palace Hotel Thessaloniki

Helpful staff, Nice rooms, good food

Not very close to restaurants or city center.

Clean, larger rooms and excellent food in the restaurant with friendly service. Clean bathrooms. Wifi worked great throughout the whole hotel and was free of charge.

Location was a little far from the central downtown area where the restaurants and shopping was located, but was a short 5-7 minute taxi ride that was around 3 euro, so overall not bad.

Pleasant staff

Very poor location and failure to deal with large teenage group making excessive noise later at night.

Hotel is little colder especiallyon on Friday when outside temperature was near 0°C. Also, bathroom don't have any heating object inside. We have little baby with us, and for babies is not comfortable. Yesterday for example when outside temperature is > 10°C everything was perfect.

The staff, the breakfast, the room, all was good, except the location.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, all smiling ? welcome cocktail was a very nice surprise.. Room was very nice. Breakfast was great, variety of food and all delicious.

Just a bit far from the center but the parking lot was very convenient.

Great 5* hotel. Polite and friendly staff. Clean and nice rooms, great amenities.

The complimentary breakfast and the bar. The bar made me a drink that wasn’t on the menu but had the bottles to make it.

The gym not being 24/7 and having to request permission to use.

everything was perfect

The view is on industrial harbor but the isolation of the windows is very good. when we arrived we got upgrade to executive room, which was amazing design and size and next to the spa, we got also a free welcome cocktail at the bar which was a lovely gesture.

Very nice hotel, cosy and clean, in the room you will find everything you need (from a toothbrush to slippers). Also there was a bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise (since in most hotels it is a shower cabin). Recommend ?

Very elegant and specious hotel in Thessaloniki. They have huge free car parking. City center is not so far away. Nice breakfast.

Heating was little bit low

The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The breakfast has a huge variety of sweet and salty treats. There is a free parking. Overall very good experience.

The only thing that I didn't like is the AirCo system. It was very difficult to reach the right temperature. It was or too cold, or too warm.

The location of the hotel is not great.

Everything. Very clean, beautiful decorated room. Big parking on the side. Not far from the center of Thessaloniki.

It was a bit loud because of a concert at that night, but this has nothing to do with the hotel. It can happen.

It was just ok. Nothing special, nothing bad. Beds comfortable.

It's not a five star hotel. A four star at best, imho. No pool, very large cavenous dining room. Nothing felt luxurious as you might expect from a five star hotel. The location is poor - amdist the run down port area of Thessaloniki

The staff is amazing.

They were pumping sewerage in the morning. The smell was terible. Location is very bad.

Breakfast is good .

Location for tourism is bad . Without air conditioning, staff said - a lot of guests suffer from air conditioners ?! . Swimming pool was closed . Gym is small only for 4 people

it's a reasonable place, rooms are big, not too far from the city center.

it's not a place for vacation, there is no swimming pool, very poor dining possibilities they don't have actually a restaurant and most of the time it's closed. the rooms are a bit random comma very small TV, there is absolutely nothing around accept of ugly industrial. I was very disappointed from the services and the place.
