The hotel is not a 5 stat hotel by any standard. You should not offer this hotel as a 5 star hotel.

The staff was great the hotel location and standard bad

We love staying at this hotel.It is clean and the Staff is very polite. The room service is very fast and food in the restaurant is delicious!

It is not something critical but the bathtub is a little bit outdated and not very comfortable. We will probably next time book other type of Suit.Apart from this we love this Hotel.

The noise from around rooms

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I could not sleep at all. I was also bitten by insects throughout the night and kept scratching nonstop. It was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience, and I hope the hotel takes action to fix this issue.

The staff were polite.

We arrived during winter and were given a room where the heating did not work. We called several times and eventually someone came, only to tell us to “adjust the thermostat,” which was not the issue. We called again because the room was extremely cold, and only then were told the heating system in that room was faulty and we needed to move.It was already around 9 PM when we were moved to another room that was described as an upgrade — but it was actually smaller, and they had added an extra bed for my son that made loud noises with the slightest movement.Unfortunately, the heating in this second room also did not work. At 10 PM, with a tired child who had just fallen asleep, a maintenance person arrived again, but we couldn’t let him start working in the room at that hour. We ended up sleeping in a very cold room, which was unacceptable.Overall, both rooms had heating issues in the middle of winter, and the “upgrade” was not an improvement at all. The experience was extremely uncomfortable and not what we expected.

All good with the place, clean everywhere, free parking, good breakfast, nice warm indoor pool, staff was professional too

I chose property because I was joining a group the next day.

Location. Bathroom was tiny.

The room was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The welcome gift was a very nice surprise. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant had really good food, even for gluten free travelers like myself. The breakfast was rich and had a lot of choices. The hotel has free taxi service to downtown Thessaloniki, but limited times. I feel like the hotel should add another drop of time between 3-5pm since there is a huge gap the morning and night drop off times.

The spa has only one sauna room and it gets busy with 200+ rooms. The free parking is too small for the size of the hotel. Area around the hotel is basically the ghetto.

The hotel is far from the city center, the breakfast staff is very slow and unfriendly, and the standard rooms are extremely small. At breakfast, you're only allowed two coffees per person!?

Smaller room, only one place to put one piece of luggage. Location is not conducive to walking off grounds, told not overly safe at night. Very safe on grounds but don’t plan to walk anywhere from the hotel. Taxis very accessible and fairly priced. Exercise room is well equipped and fairly large, but has very limited hours and adjacent to the pool, so very warm and humid.

Food was good, rooms are nice and clean and staff is nice.

I did not like that the pool cannot be used whenever but has different working times depending on day of the week.I also did not like that hotel has a free taxi service to the center but only 2 times in the morning and 2 times in the evening at exact times which i do not understand since it is not a shutle bus, they call a taxi for you if you request, and outside of that times it is not possible to get a free transfer to the city center.

I liked that the property had a great lobby, included free buffet style breakfast, free parking outdoors right next to the building or pay 10 Euros for in-building parking, had a non-smoking room, front desk provided a 10% coupon for in-lobby jewelry shopping, you’ll also find massages for reasonable price, in-room complimentary 2 bottled water and desserts, coffee maker, small fridge/snack bar for a fee, loved the balcony!

I didn’t like that the property was in an area that looked abandoned. The bathroom needs a new faucet in room316 and the bathroom door needs to be fixed. It also needs a new remote control - the buttons are unreadable due to it being old.

It is big ,clean, fancy hotel with a lovely garden.

The swimming pool didn't work and that was the main reason why we choose this hotel. And it wasn' written on booking.com where we booked our stay

The price to high for what the hotel offer

It doesn’t fit 5 star hotel, the parking was full, it makes you feel stresed when you get out of hotel if you can find again a parking spot, the undergroud parking was full also outside.. the pool wasn’t workig (they should tell before booking if the pool is not working).. also the breakfast was :(..

Great hotel. Everything is hyper clean. Staff is very helpful. The room and bathroom are spacious. Everything is smelling great. Breakfast is great. If you ask, you will get espresso with your breakfast. Beds are very comfortable.

Parking is paved with gravel. A lot of dust.

Beautiful hotel, however the surrounding area is very undeveloped and not safe looking in the night. The location is however conveniently close to the highway.

A regal and well updated hotel with a great breakfast, good room size and lovely shared spaces. We appreciated the shuttle service into the town centre as it would have added up taxying in both ways.

The location is a bit jarring, but we felt secure and safe inside the property. The area around is definitely a bit mixed as far as comfort and safety. The pool was small, dark and in poor condition.

Bad neighborhood with nothing to do around. The pool is open only until 8pm. The bathroom is small, although the room is large enough.The view is terrible.
