We stayed six days, and we added 2 additional days because our stay was comfortable. Great staff. Superb hospitality ang magnificent buffet breakfast. Walking distance to all the attractions in the city center. Hope to visit again.

Dinner was amazing, personnel very professional and polite. overall only people keep this hotel going.

The rooms and furniture are old and uncomfortable, especially mattresses. During the night on Fridays and Saturdays there was a loud music up till 3 a.m, which were not aware of before we booked it. The pool is very small, more of the size of bathroom. The breakfast was the same throughout 6 days, but was tasty.

Better elevators.

The location was amazing. Really within short walking distance from everything in city center, yet easily accessible by car.The small indoor pool was a highlight for the kids (it is VERY small, but warm and nice)The parking services was very convenient as well.And the staff were helpful and friendly.

For a 5 star hotel, the water pressure (hose) in the bathroom was subpar.

Good rooms but the view is not the best. The breakfast is delicious with wonderful service.

The spa is huge disappointment. Very small pool, cold sauna. Jacuzzi at additional fee of 50euro!!! There is no place even to sit in the spa area.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very nice and even gave us an upgrade upon arrival. Breakfast was amazing, too.

The room was not lit enough and the jacuzzi didn't work. Very small gym Spa prices are very expensive. The TV in the room was very small, about 20 inches, which is not respectful of a five-star hotel. In addition, it did not work.

We had a short but amazing stay. The staff is very friendly, polite and welcoming, the breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious and cozy , plus they have parking in the hotel which is rare for Thessaloniki.

Great location and very nice hotel! The breakfast is very good in the CooKoo restaurant. I’m very grateful for the hotel team that arranged a small sweet treat for bdays of my daughter and husband! We’ve also enjoyed the spa facilities in the hotel, it’s small but very good. Kids had a nice set of toiletry for them as well as kid-size bathrobe, so cute!

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Aristotelous square and food and entertainment venues.

Breakfast is frankly bad for me, there is very little variety. They gave me a room facing the back street, the view was very bad. I would prefer a room with sea view.
