There were too many teenager guest on my floor and they made to much noise all night. And also my room was not like photos. It was not renewed.

Great location next to the railway station, good value breakfast, huge room.

Shower that didn't fully close with danger of water spilling out - small lifts.

Nothing special , it was not bad for 3 stars hotels , the price was cheaper

The hotel is definitely not worth this money. There was not even water in the rooms. It is a very old hotel. They also took an extra 10 euros for parking. The entrance to the hotel from the parking area is very bad and dirty. I definitely do not recommend it. I paid almost 100 euros for the hotel. It cannot even be 1 star with parking.

First of all I booked a Double bad room with 2 single bad, when I reach Hotel they couldn't offer me the same room I booked, Instead they offer me 4 single bad room or optional 2 double rooms. The guest were very noisy I called Reception and still they couldn't stop. Cleaning ladies was moving around with their movement metal wheeling tables in 24 o'clock and they did a lot of noice as result could not sleep well. The insulation of the windows and doors were very poor you could here people talking on the road in 4th floor and also in the other rooms.

My stay in this hotel was disappointing due to major issues with basic amenities and organization. In the morning, the hotel had run out of water, which was extremely inconvenient as I needed to shower. Even when water was available, the shower conditions were poor, making the experience even worse.Beyond that, the overall organization of the hotel was lacking. There was no clear communication about the water issue, and the management did not seem prepared to handle such a situation. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and reliability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Terrible experience

Terrible Experience - Avoid This PlaceI had an awful stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and dust everywhere—it felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, acting like any question or request was a huge inconvenience. On top of that, there was no parking available despite it being advertised, which caused a lot of hassle during my trip.Overall, this place was a complete disappointment. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

The staff at Vergina Hotel was absolutely wonderful and truly felt like a lifesaver after our experience with Nitro Inn Thessaloniki Center - Solunikus. They warmly welcomed us and our Labrador Retriever, which was a huge relief since we needed accommodation on the same night while already in Thessaloniki. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, making us feel right at home.We enjoyed a delightful breakfast nearby and left feeling refreshed and in a great mood for our journey home. The hotel also had a parking spot, which worked perfectly for us, and they kindly allowed us to leave our bicycle at the reception, adding extra value to our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Thessaloniki!

Comfy bed

I went directly to the hotel employees and they told.me that the hotel is fully booked. I searched on Booking.com and let them know that I found several rooms. They told me to use Booking which made me pay more.The hotel looks pretty in the outside, however, as we enter the elevator we started to realize that we were back to XX century. Everything looks like a communist old and raw doors, door latches.The bathroom has old tiles and shower. The windows are so thin that it didn't cover the noise from the Boulevard, it felt like the bed was in the middle of it.The room didn't have a small separate entrance, therefore, all the noise (and it was a lot of noise from the people in the Hotel) was heard directly. Slamming doors, start and stop of the elevator accros our room, voices,.laughs, children screaming, etc.The €87 paid for a room which didn't offer anything I wanted: a transit night to get a good sleep!

In past years the breakfast was excellent, now the breakfast is very limited in quality. The location is quite good.

I think it's not a good ratio between the price and the offered quality. Comfort is good. The air conditioning must be activated manually because the remote does not work. And when activated manually, it works very poorly. Last years it was much better.

They give us a smaller and cheaper room, we are paid like biggest, and they only says: “sorry friend…”

We had a decent-sized room with 4 beds and the reception staff were very accommodating. The location was also good, close to the port and could easily access other facilities. There was also parking available, but we had to pay for it and is on a first come first serve basis.

The breakfast was served from 7-10 am, which seems like an early cut-off; might've been better to serve til 11am. If you were still eating at 10 am, the staff switched off the lights. There were also no drinking water facilities in the hotel other than during breakfast.We had a 4 person room, split in the middle by a wall, but there was only one A/C, so half of the room was always hot. The cleaning staff also did a very basic cleaning of the room and didn't clean the floors. The wifi was also incredibly weak, so ended up using mobile data instead.
