Location

The property is not so clean as it was when it started. Most of the amenities are broken or damaged. I requested an early check-in and they charged me half day rent for that.

Though interior become old the room and bathroom very clean . Towels excellent. Shower excellent . Hot water good . The bed sheets and pillows extremely clean . No dirty smell

The TV was a disaster . Needs to be replaced

Comfortable rooms, near to the railway station, hot water supply through the day, breakfast buffet was good. Staff were good, especially the staff at the restaurant.

It is a good hotel. With additional care on the cleanliness in relation to floor mats, timely clearing of the used plates and cutleries placed outside the rooms, will make it a great place.

Stinky sheets , dirty bathroom , smoked in rooms. One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed!

Hotel maintenance and upkeep has deteriorated in terms of wall painting and floor carpet in Corridor. Pillows and Towels provided need to be better and bed is not comfortable.

Nearest to Station.... Food is Mix of Veg and Non Veg ....Did not feel Comfortable

The hotel is about 10 mins on foot from town. We had dinner and breakfast in town.

Nothing, the staff were very helpfull.

This is a pleasant hotel in an otherwise busy city. The restaurant of the hotel has good food, and there is even a bar in the basement of the hotel.

I would have liked to have a socket in the vicinity of the desk which I used for my laptop.

Rooms can do with refurbishing for sure. Way too pricey - surely not value for money. A free shuttle service from the station will be very good value addition. Food was OK, but could be more flavourful - was a little bland.

The location, size of the room and the hygiene .

We asked them to provide breakfast at 10 am (as we were away from 6 am to 10 am) but they neither provided it nor kept it aside for us.A little extra effort would have made it possible.

Nice stay for one day with family. Meet the expectation and value for money.

Had an issue with lift, power went of when was in lift, early morning 6.00am.... took some time to get back to work, after many alarm, that too was not sure about if somebody was listening to that....

Fast check-in, exceptionally clean, spacious room, great service, great breakfast options.

Food from the menu is too expensive with even mineral water listed for 55 rupees. Parking facility isn't great.

AC was not working in room, even no AC at the reception, Hygiene issue, Hot water server in room which was chargeable, staff keep coming and knocking the door even after putting the NO Disturbance sign.

Location was a huge advantage for me.The rooms were neat and clean.Any request was quickly attended.

The bedding mattress in my room was not good, I think the spring was broken.AC in the room was not effective.
